I think we're one of the few that allows this at the moment and we're
planning on keeping it that way. If a customer wins big on for example
their first deposit we don't want that money to be locked just because
the player took a deposit bonus. We think it's more fair to give
the player the opportunity to withdraw their own cash money if he/she pleases.

I'm not sure if this is an accurate answer since I can't speak on behalf of Casino Luck.
But maybe the information we received could explain why it happened.

When a technical error was discovered on the MG Slots at LeoVegas and the games were
taken down. All the player information (e.g the bonus level obtained in Immortal Romance)
was cleared. This information was unfortunately not transferred back again when the games were
live.

I'm too trying to get to the bottom of this and if this information is available somewhere so all
players can get their correct information back. I do understand that it must be very frustrating
to have to start all over again.

I'll try to do my best to get you guys as much info as possible. Not only for LeoVegas players
sake, but for all casino enthusiasts. I'm very eager to get to get this sorted.

Unfortunately we're not able to do this, but that restriction lies outside the company. But we're accommodating withdrawals via Neteller or Skill (and Bank transfers coming up). Meanwhile, you are able to make withdrawals to your Visa card.
