Yes, we did google it ourselves too but domain seems to be only used for email sendouts and doesn't have any content on the website itself. that is why I asked for email so we can examine it closed and see if we can figure out who is actually using it. I'm NOT impressed with Bitkingz so far..

They cancelled my first withdrawal (285$) because they wanted verifications documents. This is extremely frustrating learning your withdrawal WAS CANCELLED and not put on hold while you supply the documents..

I supplied all documents and a driving licence photo which I used at several big name casinos and never had issue but it wasn't good enough for Bitkingz. Had to retake the exact same photos again.

After jumping through their hoops I finally got paid after mentionning that I'll complain on casinomeister about being stalled when trying to withdraw.

Also they don't process right away.. Now I'm at my 2nd withdrawal request and they tell me they have to invididually hand process all withdrawal.. This doesn't make any sense when you think about playojo and stake etc who process withdrawal right away!

Now my withdrawal (1000$) is sitting on pending again .. Even though I'm fully verified. Also they allow us to "Cancel" out withdrawal during this stalling waiting time.

Overall experience there wasn't bad to be honest.
I remember verification was a little complicated at the time because muchbetter wallet was new for almost every casino and they were doing their best asking what they thought was the right thing. Bitkingz was the only softswiiss casino that accepted to listen and actually approve my docs instead of making me waste time asking muchbetter support for non existent proofs. Nowadays you can download the official statement in pdf directly from the app and it's just not possible for a casino to reject this.
Unfortunately I have zero tolerance for lack of transparency and it seemed to be a constant issue there. Getting lucky and cashing out after a couple deposits happens sometime. It's very rare that you will end up being up a couple thousands playing slots at less than a dollar per spin on a casino that shows no rtp anywhere. We all know what it means. Well it happened at bitkingz. They paid pretty fast. No hassle at all. They never even tried to screw me with bonus rules. So if you are satisfied with these conditions, I have to admit, me too.
My problem is when you send me deposit bonus codes with no details whatsoever and everytime the code doesn't trigger the bonus or spins and obviously a 30 min wait in chat awaits.
The good part is that the bonus was always issued with not too much arguments and if you clear it, no funny games with max wins.
I won too much it seems because I was bonus banned without even telling me and I realized it after losing a big amount trying to win one of their tournaments which I was told I wasn't eligible even if my position was #1 with my fkn name beside it. No prize. Dumb excuses. Bs that is not honest IMO. Especially that tournament only counts spins with cash funds.
The exact same thing happened at crocoslots (same affiliate).
The only difference is that I received an email after many lucky cashouts to be told that I was bonus banned.
These are the only 2 casinos that ever gave me that treatment. I can understand it's not appreciated for them to be down 5k. After a couple 50$ deposits from a lucky player but if you look my overall results online of consider long term with a regular no one in their right mind would treat me like garbage with an insulting bonus ban and not even being honest about it.
Being talked to like if I was a dumb problematic gambler that will still deposit no matter what, resulted in me never playing again at these 2 casinos.
Currently down thousands at every bml casinos and coolbet because they are transparent and I don't feel like scum. That deserves lies everytime I ask a simple question. Wagered 3 M on slots this year.
Just saying.

I can't blame them taking the decision to not offer bonuses if a players makes a couple grand after very few deposits. But after all, when I ask : Am I bonus banned? And the answer is : you are welcome to enjoy playing in our casino.
Average joe at this point understands. What he won't accept though, is to get intentionnaly screwed after wagering 65k to win a 600 euros prize and a couple hours before the end of tournament, all of a sudden his name dissapears from the top positions, then appears in 46th position then.... No need to explain with more details .. you guys know how it is. When someone from the management thinks you won enough, excuses comes to life and they are always so absurd.
You know when you reached a high level of vip status, Getting bonus banned also means no cashback since it's considered a bonus. Not getting told at first then waiting to say sorry but no for the tournament prize and then no cashback sir because... Well a manager will email you. After a 3rd request, Even dumb Joe understood.

It may seem like I am crying about this situation. Absolutely not. This is one of the many standard issues I encountered at bitkingz. Lack of transparency shouldn't be tolerated by any players and it would eventually stop from. Any casino in buisness .

That being said, if I compare to the 20ish Dama nv casinos I played at over the years, probably one of the best still.

I can't believe I will admit that publicly since it's suppose to be the opposite but bitkingz with their curacao liscense, will be most likely to pay with no hassle and be way more friendly than slotwolf with their n1 MGA liscense that seems to be financed by the use of every single possible rule to stall a payment , request sow after 40$ deposit if a player wins more than 1k and "protect" the player by canceling withdrawals 30 times before approving any at any moment. Especially if it's sunny outside.

I will never understand the short term oriented financial decisions that are made by 95% of online casinos management. I can't count the times that I was stalled for 100$ while being a regular for a couple years. The only few casinos that never did that to me, are the ones that enjoy huge profit every year because I play there.
Coolbet is a good exemple.
Bml would also be on the list but way too many times they are either dumb on proposes or completely ignorant so there is not even a small possibility to receive proper info or teach an agent about his own work.

I've played at BitKingz' a few times and it's been quite the enjoyable experience although it wasn't untill my 3rd deposit that I made it to the cash out stage.

Their site, after the recent upgrade from the initial version which looked like something out of Final Fantasy V, is elegant, inviting and easily navigated. It runs mainly without issue and so does the games. They have a huge selection of titles and providers and also seem to put up any new releases straightaway. Sadly, they have opted for the sub optimal RTP settings on Pragmatic and BGaming slots which are the ones I happen to be playing the most. NLC however appear to be offered on the better setting, and hopefully other providers as well.

I'm a sucker for deposit bonuses and BitKingz' frequent offers are certainly up there among the more tempting ones. On my last deposit, I had a 200% up to EUR 200 +50 FS one which of course I wasn't going to turn down. The WR was real rough for a 0.25-0.50 spinner like myself - 50x the bonus amount and only 3 days to do it - but thanks to a wonderful 2000x hit in addition to several in the 400-500x region, as well as the possibility to split the screen and play up to 4 slots simultaneously, I succeeded with about an hour left on the clock - with a balance now 7x my deposit!

Their bonus T&C's seem reasonable and fair, and they have a nicely readable list of games excluded from bonus wagering.
