Winz disabled my account when I questioned their loyalty program.

Ive played winz solely for last 12 months and increased my deposits substantially last 2 months. I'm vip and ACTUALLY GOT LESS BENEFITS AND NO CASH BACK. I tried keeping this in house even messaging the rep on here but they decided instead of doing the right thing they would disable my account. So I guess they get to keep the $50000.00 I deposited since November last year

I'm NOT impressed with Bitkingz so far..

They cancelled my first withdrawal (285$) because they wanted verifications documents. This is extremely frustrating learning your withdrawal WAS CANCELLED and not put on hold while you supply the documents..

I supplied all documents and a driving licence photo which I used at several big name casinos and never had issue but it wasn't good enough for Bitkingz. Had to retake the exact same photos again.

After jumping through their hoops I finally got paid after mentionning that I'll complain on casinomeister about being stalled when trying to withdraw.

Also they don't process right away.. Now I'm at my 2nd withdrawal request and they tell me they have to invididually hand process all withdrawal.. This doesn't make any sense when you think about playojo and stake etc who process withdrawal right away!

Now my withdrawal (1000$) is sitting on pending again .. Even though I'm fully verified. Also they allow us to "Cancel" out withdrawal during this stalling waiting time.

Very scary casino tbh..
Dama NV owned stay away from there sites.

Also we find it very uncommon that our players have these issues, therefor I would kindly ask you to send me some more info on the mater as we couldn't find anything similar to the complaint you mentioned above. For example the date of the withdrawals made, or some other information that you can PM me , would be of great help to determine if there were any issues. Thanks in advance

Dama N.V casinos seem to have a predatory policy and culture of lying in place. I have also placed a PAB ticket for this case, but chose to post it publicly too, so that it serves as warning for everybody.

I asked a platform-wide self-exclusion from the live chat of Kosmonaut Casino on July. No actions were taken to close my account, nor did any contact details given when I asked for them for contacting somebody to contact in order to self-exclude me from all Dama N.V casinos. I was able to deposit and lose more, so I submitted a ticket with a reasonable refund request of losses (around 700 euros) after that self-exclusion request. I also asked for the chat logs to be given for me, which are part of the GDPR information I am entitled to receive based on the law and they refused to deliver them. And then some funny things happened:

I asked about my ticket progress multiple times. All the sudden they were able to close my account, which indicates that they just chose NOT to do it in the first place. They could had done it in the first place just as they did now. They claim that they are not able to do it by request. That is NOT TRUE, and this shows it.

They claimed that my last deposit was before the self-exclusion request. I pointed them to be wrong, which they in the end admitted.

I also got the chat logs. Previously they claimed that they cannot provide them, but now all the sudden it was possible. I think I got the reason why they chose not to do it first; from the chat transcipts, I found out that I already asked for self-exclusion ON MARCH. They ignored it then, too.

There is so much misleading and contradicting information that I cannot believe it is not intentional at this point.

Another DAMA NV CASINO come on I was vip at winz then account disabled as I questioned loyalty and addressed my legal rights. I'll attach rocketpalys vip I got nothing for my 50 to 70k I spent very sad

Hi mate can you explain how I've done this I only posted one post. I relied to a few other ppls posts but am unsure if you have me mixed up with someone else or if you could explain what I've done wrong.

"Wallpapering" is posting more-or-less the same thing all over a site. AFAICT your recent spate of posts have all been about one thing: taking a poke a Dama because of your situation at Winz. That is why I've stepped in and gathered all that here.

"ILL STOP POSTING OR REPLYING": as you like but my point -- that Casinomeister is not here to be your personal weapon against Winz or Dama or anyone else for that matter -- remains as is. Generally speaking I have nothing against you posting on the site, but I do have something against you ignoring item 1.11 of the Forum Rules .

I've said at least three times now, if you have a legitimate issue against Winz or Dama then file a PAB and we'll look into it. If not then be satisfied with what you've already posted on this subject and leave it at that. And please spare me the "oh, I was posting about something else" BS. If you're trying to smear Dama then obviously it's all part of this recent Winz issue of yours and it will be moved here as previously stated.

Trust me, I well understand that you're pissed off at Winz. At times like that it can be hard to stay cool and post about it without sounding like you're trying to flame somebody's a** off. Been there, done that, but I usually ended up regretting it so there's that I guess. The truth is that the vast majority of casinos are just businesses with their eyes fixed on their profits. That can end up leaving players left out in the cold, and poorer for it. Insult AND injury you might say.

Agreed and sometimes we need to take them to task properly. Silence is golden upper cut given to myself amd time to use those channels thank you mate
