Hi I've been a member of nine casino for over a year and have had nothing but good things to say about them, until now. My birthday passed on October 6 and it was my big 40. So I deposited 30 dollars and played a game called wild cash. Second spin I won $1000. Pretty awesome eh? It was but im still without my withdrawal being approved and now they have disabled my account for no reason. So does that mean that none casino gets my $1000?. I have screenshots, I'm verified so it's not that. What is my next move or do I go to authorities?

Our PAB service is the most established Online Casino complaint center - full stop.
Sorry to hear about your situation. I think a step by step approach might be best, as it's hard to determine who the authorities are these days.

I have checked to see if we have a rep registered here for Nine Casino and sadly there isn't one. So that rules out that option.

Therefore, my advice would be to consider submitting a PAB through Casinomeister. You will need to carefully read the rules for doing this, as you can't keep discussing the matter while a PAB is in progress. However ,this might be your best hope of getting some sort of resolution here.

Did you wager your deposit once? I believe they required you to wager your deposit thrice at one point and this counter persisted between deposits. This was software enforced so if you were able to make a withdrawal perhaps they stopped doing that or you did actually wager more afterwards.

In my experience nine casino have always paid out but have been awful at communicating, especially when its document related. The disabling of your account is not good though I wonder why that happened. Looking online they seem to attempt to resolve player complaints so a PAB should get this sorted eventually.

EDIT: nvm, don't reply as PAB in progress.

PAB received and in progress.

@jerrod12 , please ensure that you have read and understood the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures . From this point forward we will assume that you are aware and have done so. Failure to comply with the PAB rules could slow, damage or even cancel your PAB.
