Mystake Casino Withdrawal

Hi everyone, newbie here.

So I signed up to Mystake casino due to having great reviews on Trustpilot (now I've digged deeper I now know a mistake!)

They are refusing to withdraw to my bank account as it's Starling and don't give me a debit card option. They just keep repeating themselves stating to choose an available method - SEPA is the bank account method they use and it just won't let me withdraw to it saying IBAN isn't an accepted bank.

I am getting nowhere with them, the other available methods are all what appears to be dodgy crypto etc which I don't have accounts for.

I'm hoping someone can advise me where to go from here? I don't understand why they can't pay to the card I deposited with and they refuse to answer this question.

I see they have Rogue status on here, wish I'd found this site sooner!

Thanks in advance.
Jason

Maybe just open an account with Revolut and withdraw your winnings in crypto like Litecoin? It only takes a few minutes to open it, and if you need help with anything related to it, feel free to ask, as many people here are using this payment and can advise on general things.

If you're going to play on the high seas, then you pretty much have to work with crypto.

Any site on the high seas offering VISA deposits is a significant red flag - because those that want to survive in that environment don't want the hassle of their merchant accounts being regularly restricted or closed (which they will, because to reach their target audience they have to present fraudulent transactions to VISA/MC which evade anti-gambling checks).

I haven't used Revolut myself, but plenty of members have and it sounds like that could be the smoothest option to get the crypto out and converted back into money. Remember, Revolut is not a bank in the UK (at least not for another 6+ months) but right now your priority is to get the money out of that site.

It's important to note that a lot of review sites will shill for these shithole casinos (tm) - if you don't see a license then run, if you see a Curacao license then do more digging on player forums such as CM before you take the plunge... because there are a lot of rogue sites out there sadly, and even more rogue affiliates / "review sites" lying to you.

Thanks everyone for your help. It works out well for me as I'm literally in the process of opening a Revolut account for when I travel. Really appreciate you getting back to me.

go to bigwinboard i think they have rap of mystake casino

I will also add. Should you play at casinos that are based in dubious offshore territories, seriously reconsider ever using a visa or mastercard.

Many of the operators have to 'hide' the merchants used to process any deposits. So it could appear a $20 deposit according to your bank statement is a payment to a florist in Nairobi for example.

There is a very real risk that your card could get cloned as well.

Definitely stick to using crypto for all deposits. That way you are much safer.

Hi Jason,

I’m sorry to hear about your troubles with Mystake Casino. It sounds frustrating, especially since you’re trying to withdraw your funds. Have you tried reaching out to their customer support again, specifically asking about the card you used to deposit? Sometimes persistence pays off!

*snip*

Hope you find a solution soon!

@katherineallen , your post looked a little shilly-spammy so I *snipped* the dubious bit. Please don’t spam, it makes the moderators grumpy and that can be detrimental to your continued presence here at Casinomeister. :axeman:

I've never played at Mystake, but opening a Revolut account is easy.

Just fill in your personal details, take your selfie, and wait for account approval. It takes a few minutes.

Once the account is open, you'll have a crypto wallet with different cryptocurrency options including Litecoin.

Choose Litecoin, click "Receive" - and then take that given address for cashing out from Mystake.

---

But if you have a crypto wallet elsewhere, you should also be able to use that wallet for receiving Litecoin.
