I made a withdrawal for £700 on donbetcasino.com in the past withdrawals have been fine and virtually instant.

However this withdrawal states successful since 4th Feb, funds haven’t appeared in my account over 48hours later.
I withdrew via Sepa which is the usual method I use.I Contacted customer support they said there’s been a minor technical issue working to resolve I asked them to confirm what the issue is as it already says the withdrawl is successful, was told my email had been forwarded to the relevant department.
I asked them to confirm if payment has been made or not before I contact my bank. They have now asked me to contact the financial department who will assist me.

Technical issues happen and its not been that long. I would contact the finance dept as requested. If you get no joy raise a PAB and Maxd will sort em out.

What are you, an employee of Donbet or just naive!?

Jokes aside, like Ess said, give them some more time to sort it out.

Whilst Santeda have a bad reputation for ridiculous KYC procedures and delays, until the topic of verification comes up, you can treat this as just an unfortunate technical issue and hope for the best. From the sound of your past withdrawals you are likely already verified.

Looks like I won’t be getting my money, I reached out to the financial team as requested by the support team and they have now said it’s been passed on to another team.

Sorry but they are unlicensed scammers who appear on numerous 'non-gamstop' dodgy affiliate sites. Over 21% of their TP feedback is complaints of 1* and sadly this is what you can expect from choosing unlicensed gambling.

Their history makes interesting reading. The name has been around a while.

You sure it's the same company given looks like they were dissolved some time ago and would be pretty stupid to operate an unlicenced casino from the UK.
