Lukki Casino Withdrawal Issues

I don't think I need to file a complaint yet, but I have been getting a bit of a runaround from Lukki regarding withdrawals. I am a verified customer, and have made multiple withdrawals before, but recently I won a significant amount $100k plus, and now I keep getting the message that its going through the "relevant department" and they will let me know soon.. Lukki's max weekly withdrawal is $12k CAD, and monthly is $42k CAD. I was on schedule (The VIP host confirmed) to receive 2 payments of $6k on May 5th and 6th. This is when the "relevant department" was doing a security check, and with the finance department.. I keep getting canned responses to "please be patient" and "have to wait a little bit" My previous withdrawals were always fast, 24-48 hours. I just fear because of the amount I am getting slow played, or they are looking for excuses to not pay... I really hope not as I am 100% legitimate, and have provided everything they have asked for (hence the previous withdrawals). I know they should be reputable as looking on the site they are owned by Dama LV.
Let me know if anyone has any thoughts on this.
Thanks!

A cursory check in the forum and I can see that Dama has an interesting past. From nerfed RTP's to speculation the company was declared bankrupt by the Curacao gaming commission.

I would hazard a guess in that the delay tactics are being done in the hope that you start playing some of your winnings back through the casino, however I have no evidence to prove that.

Maybe give it a little longer and if you keep getting the run around then you could consider submitting a complaint. If our team feel you have a legitimate case, then they can investigate it for you and try and speak to Lukki about your withdrawal.

Thanks for the reply. Yes it sure seems like delay tactics for whatever reason. The VIP team gets back to me right away, but still the same canned responses… I hope they get something happening soon. If not I will submit a complaint as it is a large sum of money. I have the screenshots and email chains of everything.

While their history does hold true, it does seem like in an unusual surprise, turned a new leaf.

Max has a pretty solid relationship with the Dama reps in the complaints capacity and a PAB on a DAMA site should get resolved.

Unfortunately its probably the case that they the delay tactics to illicit a playback but if the player doesn't bite, opens the PAB, they'll get their moolah!

Update:
Lukki got back to me regarding the status of my withdrawal. Here is the response:

Reason:
Maximum cumulative profit on all Casino Games (excluding any progressive jackpot wins) in any daily period (00:00-23:59 UTC) by each customer shall be capped at USD 100,000 (or currency equivalent) for VIP users, and at USD 50,000 (or currency equivalent) for non-VIP users. If a bet or wager is made by you that takes your profits over the limit within the daily period (00:00-23:59 UTC) you will be paid out up to USD 100,000 for VIP users and USD 50,000 (or currency equivalent) for non-VIP users and users on a Vip trial period, and any excess profits may, at our discretion, be voided entirely.

Your balance has been corrected.

I can believe this as I had won a significant amount in that time frame. I must not be in the VIP bracket though.. My balance was reduced about $70k CAD. I still have a large balance though, and I have asked Lukki if my withdrawals will proceed now now that this has been reviewed. I am awaiting the response.

Appreciate the responses.

Hopefully they will but the fact that term existed is a huge bummer, I hate terms that limit cash wins and arent 250k-500k "liability limits". Fifty Grand is quite a low cap for cash net profits :(

Yes for sure. I didn't review the terms until after, but nonetheless they're there. Totally agree, it is quite low.
Vip manager just let me know he's checking with finance regarding the withdrawals now, and will let me know tomorrow. 🤞

Well, I had no idea that some casinos 'cap' the wins/profits! How is that even fair? Wow.
yep capping cash play is a sign of an awful casino.

Large liability caps (non-jp) such as 250k, 500k etc are relatively common but will never really have an effect on your play unless you are playing a ridiculous max win game at a ridiculous stake.
