Hi Barny,
Did you have to escalate your issue with Oshi.
I am currently in the exact same situation. I use them because of the high rating on Casinomeister, I have a fully verified account, have made multiple deposits and withdrawals.
Yesterday I got lucky and hit BIG on Gates of Olympus 1000.
(The low maximum withdrawal of €4,000 per day is a tad annoying for trying to withdraw large amounts but I’m fine with doing it day by day as it’s casino rules and I can accept that)
My issue is, as yours was, that suddenly I am asked for a selfie of myself with ID with my elbow in it. I did that and live chat said the picture was good so I tried withdrawal again. Bearing in mind my previous withdrawals have never taken more than an hour, I was of course concerned when I woke up this morning to no withdrawal.
I again got on to live chat where now they have said “accounts officer” has put a note that bank and player are in different countries, this is not true as it is my Revolut account (the same one I have used for all deposits and withdrawals without issue). I have now been told they have “escalated” it and will be in touch.
I’m just worried as, of course, I got very excited with my win and was hoping you could give an insight as to whether you needed to escalate the matter.
Thanks
