I started playing at their casino myself because of the high rating and good “reviews”. Their verification process is extremely hassle, and once I get verified, I get told to use interac only when making a withdrawal, not credit card as I used as deposit method. (Interac is only for Canadians account holders). And they know that I’m Norwegian, through the verification process and when I signed up for the casino. What a trashy casino. And I clearly can’t trust the casino “reviews” on this site. They have given me so much frustration.
And where is the 24 hours “live chat” they claim they have?
There’s been multiple incidents like this through different casino that has been receiving good reviews from the site. I can’t trust them and that sucks because the site could be very useful to someone who play a lot.
