Resolved Oshi Casino canceled withdrawal

You now have “in addition” to my previously completely verified account!

(So hundreds of deposits and two withdrawals have already been made with the account verified with all the usual documents!)

Yesterday my Skrill withdrawal canceled!?

Suddenly the reason given was that you don't need anymore the selfie
(i sent to you long time before to verified my Account)
of me with my passport .

No, now it has to be a new selfi “where my elbow has to be visible!?”

I've been playing online for 20 years and have already paid enough money! ?

So not ok for me
and pure harassment if you win back a little thing?

Such hassle and foolishness is also not good for my health!
Had a stroke two years ago
and just play to distract myself and have fun!

But ok, I took the pictures yesterday and sent them.

(Once with my driving license and once with my passport)

It's not easy that everything is on there. Whole arm with elbow face ID and of course required to be legible ° ?

But I think that's supposed to be the essence of harassment??

I also always play without a bonus!
and as I said, I have already deposited hundreds of times at Oshi!

So why was the Skrill payout cancelt ?
and up to now still not processed?


Here on Casinomeister there is even a payout time of 0-5 hours
I've been waiting since yesterday for a response to the "additional" selfies I sent ?

And as I can “only” see from the green heels in the account

But you should have even

Shouldn't we treat regular customers differently?
