Pliz I have wine 5900£ in coral cazino dem clos mai acont don't onet too widrot Pliz is someone hu chan hel det PlizHi
I just got my weirdest casino experiance so far from coral.co.uk.
Everything went smooth, I deposited 50 some days ago and withdrawed 170 yesterday.
Today I first received an email that they requested documents from me.
I sent them my documents ( Passport and bank account statment )
I got a reply about an hour later that my documents where accepted and my accout has been verified.
But then the strange things started happends.
About an hour later I received this email:
"Dear Mr xxxxxx,
Unfortunately, we have been unable to verify your details and therefore have failed our security checks.
We wish to confirm that your account has now been closed and we have refunded your initial deposit of 50.
Thank you.
Kind regards
Gina

Gala Coral Group"
I picked up my phone in frustration and made them a call, they confirmed what the email was saying but they refused to tell me the reason of it. They said they would call me back later on send me an email with it.
Later on I got this email
"Dear Mr xxxxxxx
Thank you for your call today
.
Please be advised that unfortunately as we were unable to verify the account details successfully the account has been closed and cannot be reactivated, and as such no winnings can be or will be returned. If you want to take this further you can write a letter to Customer Services Operations Manager.

So now I need your help to take these guys down.
And of course my documents are 100% genuine and in perfect Hi res quality and I have never opened an accout at any coral casino before.
Is there anything I can do exept send a crappy letter? ( hello its 2010 and we use email nowadays )
Very thankfull for help
Simon
