Concerns with Winz.io - had two BJ hands voided

I recently played at Winz.io seeing how they appear to be a well run business. I am a small time player and I deposited in LTC, won a little and later deposited a bit more LTC, lost it, deposited again and this is where things took a down turn.

I only play electronic BJ and nothing else. I cannot stand the slowness of live BJ games. I was attracted by their low house edge BJ variants, namely the Blackjack Bonus and Red Queen Blackjack by 1x2gaming. Not a great software provider IMO, graphics are OK and animation kinda sloppy but its good enough especially considering the very low house edge.

I started playing and I noticed some glitches/bugs. If you bet, lets say 40 and you have a 50 balance you could get the error "insufficient funds". The only way around this is to lower your bet to 10-15 from what I have seen. This error happens sporadically and it happened to me twice, once when I was in a crucial for my bankroll 160E hand, having 2 8's against dealers 8. I split my hand and ended up with an 11 and that's where the hand got stuck and I couldn't progress anymore. Every time I clicked on HIT I would get "insufficient funds" error when I clearly had sufficient funds to continue the hand, not to double it, but to hit it. At that point after the split I had 56E left in my account but could progress no more. With this 56E I then tried their Blackjack Bonus variant and after a few hands the same error happens again. I split 2 aces and the game will no longer progress giving me the same no sense error albeit at a much smaller bet. As

I tried to delete cookies, change browser, refresh etc. but to no avail. What all this did is for some reason it made the dealers card disappear. I contacted their support and firstly they told me that they need contact the games provider and they will get back to me. Two days later I login, chat to them and they said they still have no news for me. I also noticed that both of my hands were concluded/voided! It would appear that both bets were cancelled and refunded back to me. I had some decent hands cancelled but imagine you have a sizeable bet, got 21, and then they cancel your hand that was initially accepted by the system (check screenshots). I talked to live chat today about this and they seemed ignorant about it. They didn't seem to know that my hands were already concluded and they kept telling me that I need wait until we hear back from 1x2. Strangely enough the hand with the 2 aces still shows up as stuck, until now, so no idea there.

Avoid 1x2 software BJ variants. Their software is glitchy and Winz.io will cancer your hands as they see fit without any communication/justification even before the games provider has a chance to weight in. I was down almost my entire balance of 300E but luckily at the end I managed to escape with a small win, I withdrew and plan never to return to this place.

Winz.io Casino won Best New Casino 2021 at Casinomeister!
Accidentally posted in the wrong section! please move!

when you play tables with Crypto you need to have min €1-€2 on your balance, value of crypto can go up and down,if you have like 10cent 20cent on your balance, your bet will get canceled they are good casino @Winz.io

If they were closer to zero I'd agree with the above suggestion - but a 20% buffer (€10 of €50) should be sufficient to weather all but the most extreme market volatility.

They also mention that they are getting insufficient funds when hitting - which is a free action. That would be more of a concern because that suggests there is a fault with the game.

There is a rep for the casino: @Winz.io casino , so hopefully they can investigate and resolve the matter. If the game is malfunctioning then it needs to be removed, and hopefully they will make a fair (goodwill) settlement rather than hide behind "malfunction voids pays and plays".

I did have more than enough available, way more than 1-2E. It is not a matter of LTC falling in price. As I mentioned I had the same issue of "insufficient funds" showing up more than once but was able to resolve it alone by lowering my bets significantly.

There is some fault with the game and I have stopped playing there as I can't trust it anymore. Winz.io customer support agents on the one hand were telling that we need to wait for a reply from the games provider on the other hand my hands were already concluded. They got back to me eventually by saying:

"The Provider checked your games issues and found 4 open rounds that might caused the problem. The mentioned rounds were compromised and needed to be voided. The provider refunded the stake amount on all 4 rounds. Please see the details below:

Timestamp in UTC: 11.08.2024 18:47:43
Bet amount: 5
Win amount: 5

We would also suggest re-clearing the browser cache/cookies. If the problems persist, please open the game in incognito mode or use another device to play."

I have done the latter and my round with the 2 aces is still frozen. This game is buggy!

The 4 open rounds actually mean 4 hands in total due to my 2 splits. For my 80E bets at least those were clearly accepted and now they got voided. I was in a commanding position to win that hand but they voided the round.

As I mentioned already I had the same errors a few times but they don't seem to listen and investigate this. I have never experienced such an issue before. Avoid this BJ version guys unless you want your hands voided. Imaging you double your split, you get 21 and then boom, hand voided. They obviously hide behind "malfunction voids pays and plays".
