Hello, I believe I was scammed on winz.io. I deposited today about 0.005BTC and due to nature of the casino I was able to play right away - before the coin was confirmed on the blockchain. So I was keep playing and was doing pretty good. After a while I had about 0.012BTC then I noticed it suddenly changed to 0.017BTC and after few seconds it kicked me out from the game and logged me out. When tried to log in back I was informed that my account is disabled. I contacted support through e-mail asking what's up with that, wanted to use live chat on website but it is totally not working. Tried on few different devices with same results - no results. So about an hour after I contacted them I got a reply which I will quote below -
So I logged back after 30 minutes and noticed right away that my balance was suddenly 0.002BTC
I cantacted the support again. While waiting on reply of course I could not resist and I lost those 0.002BTC. Then after about 2 hours I got another reply, quote:
Then I snapped because the amount never returned to my wallet. Also the amount which suddenly disappeared from my casino balance was much bigger than my deposit which they claim bounced back. I believe my deposit was added twice because of my wallets built in RBF feature - I can see duplicate deposit on casino website transaction history. That would explain why from 0.012BTC I suddenly had 0.017BTC. But what it doesnt explain is why they left me 0.002BTC.
So I sent them another message but I was ghosted since then. No reply.

Please check your wallet - this amount should be returned to your wallet.
