Deposit 23$ via crypto.
Payment confirmed many times.
No funds in my kwiff account.

Chat agent doesn't listen, doesn't help and tells me I will receive the money back magically in 5 buisness days. You know magical crypto refunds when you copy paste the bank refunds info for UK market to a crypto Canadian first depositor that tries to help you doing your job.

Maybe kwiff will guess my wallet address... I doubt it since they don't know sh1t about basic crypto transactions and offer this deposit method to their clients.

Typical kwiff behaviour. They passed the bbf (obviously), but don't take that as a guarantee of a positive experience.

My experience with them so far is unique that's for sure.
The agent that didn't care or tried to help with an issue that a newborn baby would have solved made me feel like he was really action driven to say the least. I could feel the passion everytime he was answering.e...how good of a collaborator he was.

It certainly will have a big impact. 23$ profit for betskwish. Winnnnning.

To be fair their site look slick if you don't pay attention to small details.
I have to admit that when a casino has a ukgc liscense, I trust them a little more even if I shouldn't.

Their cashier is one of a kind. Transactions only have the mention of deposit or withdrawal and the ammount with players currency. So either on your mobile or laptop, as a player, impossible to know with a visual proof which ammounts is related to which payment method. First time I encounter such thing. All they do is record transactions. Deposits, withdrawals and bets. Guess what? I played one single slot. Not a single bet was linked to the game I played. Only an amount and a time/date.

Imagines the possibilities to stall payments and to accuse anyone of bonus abuse.

The chrerry on top? My first deposit was for their promo flashing on the cashier lobby. 10$ sport bet at 1.5 odds to get a 20$ freebet with no wager. I didn't try to claim it since that after their behavior with me, the possible client/buisness trust was forever impossible.
I took the time to read the offer's terms though. Expired since 2021. I mean ... Just wow. Ahahah

I edited the link as it plants an unauthorized aff link in the forum.

What I have done is extract the affiliate ID no. from it which is:
affid=284

So that's what @Kwiff Affiliates should be looking at as it identifies the culprit.

So take that as a tip for the future, most aff links will contain an affid+ number which is all you need to provide them to identify.
