Eventually was asked for id and info on SOW by Kwiff, all sorted in a matter of minutes after I sent documents in. Well impressed

Casinomeister reviews UK licensed casinos - don't be a fool and get ripped off by the Rogues!
Given the issues @steveyboy is experiencing in the other thread, I wanted to highlight this as it appears to be the start of a trend...
For those not following the other thread, as the OP was being stonewalled (and threatened with money laundering legislation for an "affordability check") they filed a PAB - and was paid thanks to Max. The OP has indicated that they "will not be opening or playing there again".

Probably not severe enough to derail the BBF, but I'd hope would be taken into consideration for the review / rating, particularly given the wider Source of Wealth / EDD discussions across the UKGC space.
Based on what happened in the other thread, I'm not sure I can be that generous now - the behaviour of the rep was poor (threats against the OP, releasing sensitive personal information, falsely accusing multiple members of dishonesty) and the list of unanswered questions doesn't sit particularly well either.

I hope their technical team take the feedback on board regarding the timing of the flagging process - the longer between the internal system flagging a player and the player being informed, the more hassle it can cause - particularly if that straddles a withdrawal boundary. Certainly wouldn't be the first company to dig a hole based on a modest technical oversight...

Saying that, these are clearly fixable things - and timely information and suitable transparency would go a long way - but that's not going to happen overnight. Since there's 4 days left on the BBF, I still don't think it's severe enough to derail, but perhaps it needs more time?

Surely after what happened, and the conduct displayed by the rep, I would certainly hope that the CM BBF takes this into account. I would never play there, although I was asked to stay away anyway lol.

And you've been here 15 years apparently, haven't posted since Aug. 2009 almost exactly 14 years. Now saying all is rosy with the Kwiff KYC process?

One half of me thinks "Okay, a dormant member has to come back somewhere." and the other half is asking "Really?"

What a strange comment and unnecessary. I just want to pass on my experience of a Casino i decided to try out as it was on trial here. Yes I never post on here, its mostly seems to be for the USA market and has little to interest me. If you dislike what I have posted then thats your problem. My experience with Kwiff has been 5 star.

One half of me thinks "Really?" too. And so does the other half.

And that was a strange reply. You were aware of the forum for so many years, but didn't know that the market has switched to the UK here, and hardly no USA at all. Still you obviously knew there was a new casino on here you could post about :eek2:
I almost felt bad for the rep in the other thread, but it's not ok to ask a friend or a college to make some positive posts to make them look better.
If both Dunover and I reacted then I suspect another 100 people thought the same.

So you now think I am a friend or colleague?? Totally untrue. Not sure why you are making these accusations.

Not accusations - if you remember I said 'either or' as your post is a little anomalous in our experience. The main forum is primarily UK,Europe,Scandinavia,Canada and the US has its own forum/section here as their games and regulations tend to be very different to those of other regions and countries. You would know that if you had visited regularly, even without posting.

It seems a bit odd you would post a comment in a thread concerning a pretty contentious matter, after 15 years away. It's has to be safe to assume you're a gambler and in that time must have played at numerous casinos in the 14 years before Kwiff appeared here. If that is correct, then I guarantee there will be threads here regarding both positive and negative sides of many of those casinos you're also experienced with. Yet no posts in all that time?

I hope that explains why myself and several people here find your post a bit out of place. Remember, we've been around the block many times and have years of daily experience between us.

If it's just a coincidence you're back and genuinely have an interest in the thread, fair enough. Time will tell.

P.S. Your initial post (I should have made more of this fact) seems to contradict the actual timescale and process we know is occurring at the casino in question, from proven players on this forum.

The phrase "You can't kid a kidder" springs to mind. These newbs don't realise the sheer depth of knowledge that some of our experienced members hold.

I've had a look at this and have to say, whilst I can understand the suspicion raised by some posters, @AnthonyP is a genuine poster and posted his own view of Kwiff, based on his own experience there.

I am therefore pretty much 99.9% convinced it is co-incidence. So I am going to put my neck on the line here and state there is no shilling or anything like it going on in this thread.

I had a quick play at Kwiff yesterday - impressed by the game selection and the RTPs on the ones I played (Jack Hammer at 96% is a rarity these days). I didn't check PnG or the Pragmatics though.

But like anywhere at the moment, it ripped me a new one pretty quickly - and given the state of my budget for now, I timed out for a while. That being said, I will be back and hopefully get to see what withdrawing is like!

I thought the payouts were pretty good also, I have had a couple of £200-£300 payouts which I never seem to get anywhere else, although a £3000 payout from Videoslots recently has to be the highest amount I have ever had for a £1 play.

Wow! So much has happened while I was away. I thought this would have been a pretty straight forward BBF, but there have been a few bumps - particularly in the other thread - which eventually turned into a PAB (which quickly solved the problem, btw).

My apologies for being away for so long, but due to a tropical storm - my arrival was delayed for a few days. ?

But seriously, I really appreciate the constructive comments being made here (and in the other thread) which I personally feel have enlightened the entire community to the complexities, pratfalls and pitfalls of dealing with customers and implementing government regs.

I know Kwiff's BBF period has expired, and we need to make a decision now - but to be fair, making that decision now is a little premature since I have only read through these threads a couple of times. I think that extending this by a week should be sufficient to figure out how this casino can improve its communications with players. If that is what the underscoring issue is. It usually boils down to language and how things can be interpreted.

In the meantime, I'll be conferring with the Meister Minions on what improvements can be made. I hope this seems to be a satisfactory decision for now. :D

So just an update: I have conferred with the MMs and have had a pretty decent discussion in the Meister Minion forum. They came up with a load of good constructive criticisms and suggestions on how this casino can avoid some of the issues that seemed to have plagued this BBF. I am awaiting for the casino rep to get back to me, but so far I think we are good to go.

Waiting for input from the rep.

And we are good!

Looks like we have another casino passing our litmus test. The casino reps are forwarding our comments, suggestions to the appropriate departments.

I will be updating their review and status here. Thanks!!
