Kwiff Casino was vetted by our player community via our Baptism by Fire in order to become Accredited by Casinomeister which they passed with a couple of speedbumps. Unfortunately, they were not able to maintain the standards that we require of being an Accredited Casino at Casinomeister – specifically to resolve player issues fairly and quickly – this is too much of a challenge for them.

After a relatively quiet few months, we’ve recently had a somewhat shocking spike in player complaints regarding Kwiff. This includes both issues on the forums and PABs. The problem — and it’s a serious one — is that they aren’t responding to these issues which leaves some pretty large outstanding withdrawals in the wind. Players are often reporting an initial payment being made and then their accounts are locked. Support is either useless or totally AWOL. Needless to say, this is unacceptable and Kwiff is losing their Accredited status because of it.
