Now this happened to me at another casino group(Accredited) but they simply said that we are waiting for a reply from MG for the last 5 months i think and thats it

We do understand the frustration of matters like these and we don't think it's fair for a customer
to have to wait for ages for a reply without any action, hence giving you a proper compensation.

Most of those are planned releases actually!

Again we have to see what we can do in terms of Playboy, branded games
takes a little more time to work out. But first out is TS 2!

its if withdraw I will have a lot of trouble doing so if I do as I don't have a lot of i.d if you ask for it

Regarding withdrawals, has the casino been able to make payments to Australian debit/credit Mastercard, since the withdrawal methods are the same as the deposit. Just curious as I have always had to be paid via bank transfer or neteller at all other casinos, so if this casino can do it, it's the first I've seen and major props to them!

Unfortunately we're not able to do this, but that restriction lies outside the company. But we're accommodating withdrawals via Neteller or Skill (and Bank transfers coming up). Meanwhile, you are able to make withdrawals to your Visa card.

Would also like to point out that these are instant. (Skrill and Neteller that is )

Im on board, first 3 deposits not very lucky but having all my fav games in one place is a massive plus, Done verification in a very fast time about 10 min at over the weekend.
