OK guys&girls, i did some maths based on the normal stats of the slot. Appr. 150 features for 1WL and appr. 150 spins on average between features.

Assuming he is playing at 4 casinos simultaneously 16 hours every day, is not using a speed enhancer, hence DOA runs at the normal 650 spins/hr.

The probability to hit 190 WL in 2 years is appr. the same as winning the lottery 1 x every year. Or being hit by lightening 4 x every year. That is a pretty slim chance, i would say.

tough luck but not the casino's fault thr tbh, i have never had a withdrawal there either but thats luck which u have to battle every time u deposit. I btw also have different casino's which are luckier for me than some. I have had terrible luck for example at some of accreditted casinos but i still play them as that's the luck.

Maybe try a casino which is more lucky for u more often, mine most luckiest casino sadly(tragically) closed down which was metroplay but nowadays its thrills n casinoroom n leovegas(total deposits 1000 n withdrawals 6000) which have proved extremely lucky for me so maybe try a casino where u have had more luck

Yeah seems to be a flash issue (the freeze) and I would only expect a crash like that with a software error not a network error which means the game could be bugged!
Afteral I expect a rare bug in actionscript could cause something like that but then with it being so rare it would very likely mean there was some form of internal calculation going on as the animations cannot be bugged or the error would happen all the time (and anyway there are no calculations required as the reels anims will be movies, hmmm I see where I am going with this..... censored
