L&L group never ending spam

Seems these guys have some strange shady way to keep sending you emails even though you unsubscribe.

This is what happens when you unsub..every time they just create a new username and resend spam.

So tomorrow I will receive another pile of spam and when I go to unsub it will be the same page but a different username.

I have asked 5 times to stop this and they wont. I get it from all their casino so my email is constantly being spammed.

So you think how many times your e-mail has been made public on a casino! And my email has my name :mad:

Yep. And I only play at accredited casinos here. So when my email gets passed around I know its one of the the casinos listed here sharing my information.

Hi Lockinlove,

Just to get this straight: You unsubscribe through the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails?
From there you can unsubscribe from a specific segment, when you do so you are still receiving emails?
Could you PM your email address?
I can check with the software supplier how it is possible you are not unsubscribed but in the meantime I can switch the option to receive newsletters from your casino account, by this way Im sure you will no longer receive emails.

Well thats a massive no no and should be reported to the UKGC.
Big fines for that.

I haven't heard a thing from them since they bonus-banned me. So if they can exclude bonus-banned players from their mailing lists, then they can surely do the same for excluded players

Thats fine for me but you need to fix this for other people too. I am sure it drives them mad.
