In case you're wondering - I played 50 spins on that Ape Shit and had ONE win. Whereas after just SIX spins on Candy Jars, I hit a 1,067x win :cool:

Q2: Has to be the same again really - never had any serious problems with them. (Their affiliate #*%&£$ is a different story...)

Q3: Same again! I don't play at many different places these days and have very little interaction with CS at any that I do play.

  • Q3: If you were to pick a casino with the Best Customer Service who would it be? I would have to say Rizk was the most painfree at getting staff who knew how to resolve the issue but I closed my account there after getting excluded from reel races. Leovegas was a close second

Okay here we go and again no surprises in my answers as they will be the same as the nominations for best casino. But more importantly is to thank the staff for the great job on PAB'S and the money they have got back for players. Also thanks to all the casinos and Rep's that have generously offered to contribute prizes.

1. Best casino goes to Lottomart.
2. Best experience goes to Lottomart again. Won what was a good amount for me few months back and the withdrawal went through no problems same as always.
3. Best customer service. Well if we are talking about dealing with live chat etc. None as never had to use them. But if we are meaning speed of withdrawals , promotions and stuff like that then again Lottomart it is.
4. Best Rep's. Oh wonder who I will put lol. Okay for representing their brands and for actually just joining in with the community and posting regularly on different threads as well as dealing with their casinos has to be @Mark_Lottomart and @L&L-Jan . Marks just probably the best the forum.has ever had and tho never dealt with Jan he's always here helping and posting. Tho should also mention a non Rep as let's face it @Mr Wild is the one that sorts stuff and always tries to explain things for Videoslots when the actual Rep just posts standard answers.

My answers are a bit skewed because I only play at one site these days. The reps on here for VS, @Team.Videoslots and @Mr Wild do a good job of keeping the two VS threads alive, trying to answer everyone's questions and dealing with some of the persistent moaners - so fair play to them! 😀
 
  • Q1: What was your Best Casino in 2023?: Videoslots, its the site i use most frequently, very rare to enocunter issues. Shout-out also to the Betsson group and Vera&John for still keeping the rtp at 96% despite most other sites having a limbo competition to see how low they can go.
  • Q2: What was your Best User Experience -- meaning they did you right and you'd thank them for it -- in 2023? -
  • Q3: If you were to pick a casino with the Best Customer Service who would it be?: Videoslots and Betssongroup both have good support, usually quick to get ahold o someone and they seem to be knowledgeable for the most part.
  • Q4: You guys know the casino reps we have here on the forums, so who in particular would you want to pat on the back for a job very well done in 2023?: Ill go with the usual suspects, @L&L-Jan , @Mark_Lottomart @Mr Wild and also @Jelena_PragmaticPlay . Being helpful and active on the forum goes a long way, so far Jelena is the only one that has released a dancing video but i fully assume its only a matter of time before Jan, Mark and Mrwild follow suit. Looking forward to it. ;)

Not sure If Swedes are eligible to win a prize considering the rules regarding bonuses on the Swedish market, but you never know, they say Sata Santa works in mysterious ways.

I am honored to participate in this giveaway! It has been a fun 20 years here at CM i have been a member of this forum. So to my anwers.

1. Best casino: Leovegas
2. I got several promotions from them , and just enjoyed the overall user experience. Games were hot too, and won some money. I thanked them in chat a few times.
3. I think that would also be Leovegas because they have sorted all problems i have had with the casino.
4. Its not exactly casino rep, but i would pick @Jelena_PragmaticPlay , but its close , since its a gaming operator personnel. But as a casino rep i would pick @L&L-Jan .

1) Most of my 2023 play was focused on Rootz brand so Wildz and caxino are probably in the top.

2&3) Likely also wildz/caxino. It's harder to remember the good things over the frustrating experiences.

4) @L&L-Jan and @Mark_Lottomart

While i don't play a lot at their brands, they have the most visible forum presence from what I've seen. Seem like two nice fellas that are engaging with the community constantly.

    Nobody, no good interaction with a rep on here (probably because it's mostly UK)

  • juri from @Winz.io casino and Vs rep @Team.Videoslots they both been great if any issue they sort it out very promptly the best thing is even if we dont Pm or let it go they contact us if we ever mention about in forum by opening up a pM Thats too good . but for this award i will pick @L&L-Jan and @Mark_Lottomart bcs they do the same and they stand up for the community. a good example will be there was a competition in forum and the casino rep was missing by the time the results were announced . mark whole heartedly announced he will deliver the prize and jan too ,thats how good these ppl are (sad that i cant play both casinos as much as i want for other reasons)
been in CM for too long and i amde my first PAB this year it was an old case and had no hope, but wa spleasently surprised by the effort @maxd put on it , its just an awesome team

I’m a bit late with this!

1. Conquestador

2. Conquestador- I had 3 withdrawals back to back 2 on a Saturday one on a Sunday. The two on Saturday I requested in the wee hours of the morning. One for $5000 one for $1000 (my limit was $5000 per withdrawal) I went to sleep and a few hours later woke up and checked my email to see that they had been deposited, went to sign into my bank account and I was locked out. Had to call my bank, they said my account was locked due to too many sign in attempts. And then told me I had to go into the bank on Monday to get a new card and get my account unlocked. That withdrawal I made on Sunday for another $5000 I sent to my other bank with no issues whatsoever. On Monday, I went into my bank to try to get it resolved. That turned into a month-long process with my bank and them blaming Gigadat and Conquestador. The $1000 dollar transfer had gone through with no problem, but the $5000 transfer had flagged. My bank kept telling me that Gigadat had retracted the payment. I finally got fed up after numerous calls to customer service at my bank and Gigadat and trips to my local branch, I finally emailed Conquestadors customer service and within two days I’m contacting them. My account was unlocked and the $5000 was released.

1. My best Casino Is Bitstarz, always :)

2, Bitstarz has allowed for me to withdraw all my winnings many times from no deposit free spin wins that went over the $100 limit. I never asked, they always offered. I thought that was generous.

3. Bitstarz again, customer service is outstanding. Always there when I need them and super friendly.

4. Olle from Bitstarz of course, he handles complaints professionally and always works on trying to make everyone happy.
