Q1: Vave Casino

Q2: Vave. Being an offshore crypto casino, I’m not always in the country when I play there . Had a recent withdrawal declined due them detecting multiple accounts for the same IP/device. Naturally I started to write off my withdrawal, but upon contacting online support (immediate responses) and explaining that “I always use a VPN for privacy and security”, my withdrawal was released.

Q3: Being a low roller, I don’t really have much interaction, if any, with customer services. Vave would have to be my answer given my low sample size.

Q4: @L&L-Jan. Although I don’t play at any of his casinos, and despite the fact that I’ve challenged his position in a couple of threads in the past, I can see he is regularly active on CM and is always helpful to others. Pity he doesn’t rep for a UKGC licensed casino that has max RTP across the board

• Q3: If you were to pick a casino with the Best Customer Service who would it be? L&L and Lottomart, having two of the most responsive reps here at CM who've stuck around for years speaks volumes
• Q4: You guys know the casino reps we have here on the forums, so who in particular would you want to pat on the back for a job very well done in 2023? @L&L-Jan and @Mark_Lottomart - As mentioned above they're here constantly, they offer promos constantly and solve issue after issue in timely manners, not only that but they contribute to other threads not specifically linked to their casinos, such as Jan's Sugar Rush exploits in the screenshot section.

  For me it would have to be Videoslots, mostly because they're the casino I've played most, and I've cashed out with no hassles. I've had a few technical/account hiccups at VS, but all in all they've done right by me.

Probably videoslots, its still the main one I use - although there's a few others that are great like L&L and lottomart and a number of others, videoslots is still my main visit though.

I can't really go one way or the other, so Id have to say both @L&L-Jan and @Mark_Lottomart

Hmm. thats a tough one - L&L and Lottomart (Jan and Mark) have both been good on this, but I'd still probably have to go with Videoslots again - simply because my recent experience they helped with a couple of issues I'd had and was resolved quickly with no fuss.
