How in world does anyone win at 3dice?

I have lost tens of thousands dollars at 3dice but never did i recieve a gift basket or.anything else from them.
Of course, i am always polite and try to overlook small technical or other type of problems, but after reading this thread i am confused that someone being rude gets a giftbasket and myself who has been at three dice for years has.never.gotten a card let alone a gift.
So, does.this.mean that bad behaviour will get u gifts?????

My understanding is that regular depositors of a certain player status have gotten gift baskets at Christmas. They're perks, not guarantees and at the casino's discretion to dole out; and no, being rude is not a factor in receiving one.

I suggest you apologise to the deceased relatives for dragging him into your quarrel. This is so distasteful it is beyond belief. I am using an antiquated phone and it won't let me report your post but i hope someone does. Next time you retaliate i suggest you count to ten first and think about what is appropriate before you reply.
