I have been registered with this relatively small slots site for a few months. Ive made several deposits via mobile phone bill. A few nights ago i deposited a total of £30 from my mobile phone bill and won around £1600!
Ive tried withdrawing it, but it will only let me withdraw in £200 payments, not too sure why?? I requested a withdraw of 2 x £200 payments on friday but have not had any confirmation of this. Still got around £1200 or so on my cashable balance :)
Has anyone had any experience of them not paying their withdraws? This is a small betting firm so im kind of worried im not going to get my winnings.. if i dont surely i can take them to the financial ombudsman or gambling commission can't i? There was no bonus or wagering involved, just simple deposits and nice wins..
would like to hear your views on this company and whether you think i'll have my winnings paid to me

In touch games the same people behind Mr spin Dr slot etc I guarantee that they will want to see proof of phone bill being paid before they process your withdrawals.
Which used to be an obvious delay tactic but with withdrawals being legally flushed now it might speed things up ,get the whole balance withdrew ASAP because if u don’t they WILL delay in the hope u blow it.

Used to play at mfortune, who are part of the same group..always got paid in
a timely manner..just wasn't a big fan of their games, hope you get your winnings.

Took your advice and went to withdraw more of my balance, which it allowed another £200, then a message appeared asking me to send proof of my recent phonebill, and bank statement of it being paid, which i have just uploaded. So waiting on withdrawal of £600 and it wont let me withdraw the remaining £1000 yet. Yeah i better bloody get my winnings i will take them to court and ombudsman and leave bad reviews everywhere if i dont. And when i do get them i'll be more than happy to leave good reviews everywhere :)

I read somewhere they got fined £2.2Million! Is that right? For what reasons?? And if so how are they operating differently now?

Arse holes mate go and take a time out u will get your money typical delay tactics what ever u do don’t give them a penny back..

Thanks mate :)

i mean the games arn't great and there is no live casino, but i won on a game called 'Forbidden Forest Fruits' which actually seemed ok and i hit the bonus feature a few times, there was also options to 'gamble' my winnings which i did ok in. It actually seems better than most slots like rainbow riches and god of storms on normal gambling sites i used to play on.

Although the games this group has aren't the greatest, I do have a little go now and then (and they like giving free spins every month too), I've never had a problem withdrawing with them. I had a withdrawal just 3 or 4 weeks ago - they requested extra info from me day after i made withdrawal, i gave it, next morning withdrawal was processed and received quickly. Shouldn't be a problem. :)

Not happy :-(

Ahh bollocks mate hook line and sinker I’d be on asking why u were able to spunk 1k back as u wanted to withdraw the whole amount and the system wouldn’t allow it remember all withdrawals have to flushed now if requested under UKGC directives.
I knew this is how this would pan out I’d be looking at an official complaint may @colinsunderland might point ya in the right direction

I would be getting a complaint in. They are not allowed to delay withdrawals until you can provide them evidence your phone bill has been paid, and they are not supposed to be limiting the amount you can withdraw.

Thats correct, i started by trying to make a withdrawal of £1663.35 however it limited me to £200, so i withdrew another £200, then another £200, (£600) and after the third £200, it stopped me and said we need to see proof of phonebill. I actually screenshotted it as you can see below. I want to make a complaint really but i don't want to jeopardise the £600 they may not give me if i do :-/

I actually varified my account WITH ID (driving license) and phonebill, a couple of months ago around the time i opened the account. Now theyre asking again amd saying they need proof of my future phonebill, not the one ive just paid. Not too happy with it to be honest

Try a complaint here first - click PAB at the top of the page for instructions. The Commission themselves are unlikely to do much unless they get lots of complaints.
