Played my 50 spins @ 2.50, won $118
Did not request a withdrawal, nor am I playing with the win right now.
Hi,
I am going to trawl through the thread, and relevant PMs - And i'll answer whatever I can, and also publicly announce the outcomes after all is addressed and fully understood and agreed.
Yits
I have a problem with this statement. I think Reps should reply to all PMs they may not be relevant to the reps but they are sure are relevant to the players. Even if the reply is sorry I can't help you. All Pms should be responded to end of.
Hi,
I only heard about this thread well after the final payouts, but when I did the payouts I had a bad feeling as the bet level structure of this game is not standard.
Firstly apologies for the lack of 100% clarity on structure - that's our bad and we should have double checked this in the game itself before setting the level goals willy-nilly.
Secondly, I am of the strong opinion that players involved who have participated in our promotions structured along these lines (we have done about 30+ of these kind of promos since I joined the company - and I find the structures simple and easy to understand, and think players liked that continuity). Every single time, a ''level'' refers to a multiplier of the min bet in these promos. It has never changed, and it has applied to all the providers for whom we have used this promo structure, namely: Netent, Play N Go & Quickspin. This has never ever been complained about in any significant way.
My real initial concern went out to players who had won 50 spins on bet level 6, because there was no level equivalent to 6 times the minimum bet denomination of 0.25. Those players all got 60 spins at level 5 to compensate for the missing value, straight off the bat, and we had an on-site notification up for a few hours so qualifiers could be aware of that.
Regarding the upper levels - I hear you - I see your point and I respect it. I think saying we messed up royally is very hyperbolic, but this is, after all, CasinoMeister.

This will be done today, and if not finalized later in teh day, it will be done on Sunday afternoon/evening as I have to do a day at work then to catch up on backlogs of all sorts.
Before the next update, I want to make 3 statements:
1) I take this very seriously, and I feel that the complaints are certainly understandable. Trust me, it's true.
2) This promotion, in its intended structure, is very generous. Almost all our promotions are generous, and players who are also active on CM get even more than our other punters, sometimes significantly more. I have yet to find a major casino anywhere near as generous as us, with so many spins (wager-free) and bonuses (some of the lowest wagering in the industry) and often multiple mega-generous bonuses and offers ongoing at the same time. Half of our promotions even allow for the use of bonus funds and free spin winnings to generate and work towards yet more bonuses, free spins and physical prizes. Our margin is narrow, because we are players ourselves, and the founders'philosophy was ''by players, for players''. When I was hired, it was stressed to me that that should be my central philosophy. So I adhere to it, and man do we narrow our profit margins - if only I could show you!! You wouldn't believe it. I have worked at many casinos, and play and check out many many competitors and nothing compares to what my casino offers players. Even within my own casino group (sister casinos & white labels) we are more generous than the rest (sorry captain, I'll stick to my guns on this one). I ask you ladies and gents to please keep this in mind. For now, at my internal insistence, there are no x35 wagering requirements on measly poxy free spins like most others do it - and I really will fight for there to never be such a thing in my casino. And, general wagering for bonuses remains x35 in almost all cases (and is often even lower!!) - if you use the calculator, and see how that benefits the house on a 3% gross margin (gross, I stress because it so often regards bonus funds and free spin winnings) you can calculate the expected return to the house and see that we can expect scraps for many reloads. Narrow, narrow margins. We are not greedy, we have no desire to be - we want happy customers. I hope this makes sense.
3) In light of point 2, I think we know that €250 real money spins in return for 10K wagering leaves us with little to no theoretical profit. €325 leaves us solidly in the red. I think everyone must understand that that was never the intent. Nevertheless - I understand your points, and know that it is a claim grounded in good faith and literal interpretations that are far from preposterous - I respect them. So no final answer just yet, but as stated, there will be one soon, on this thread I assure you.
And, if you'll take it - I would like to wish you, and all your loved ones, a belated happy 2017!
To be finalized.

There was a bet level 6, it was $2.50 per spin. Never had an issue with Yits always polite and replies to pms in a reasonable time frame.
But as for Guts itself the last few promos have been a horror, The cash back weekends, The Christmas calendar, Dead or Alive competition (big blunder) and now this one.
Loved Guts, Bens love child. But I just don't deposit the amounts or as much as I used to now because of these poor thought out and not looked over promos.
Yits, nothing against you personally, but someone needs to look over these things and not just fob people off and be condescending.

Did you receive spins @ $2.50 for Bet Level 6? That's what I was credited for Bet Level 10. When logging in Jan 2 to claim prizes, it had a notification that (sorry if wording is not exact) that because there was no bet level 6, that 60 free spins had been credited at $1.25. This was not a notification for me personally, but one on the site.
From Yit's post:
Yits did finally send a first reply to my PM on Monday, a week after I initially sent it, and a followup a few days later. It required a response from me, which I did within an hour of it being sent.
While I can appreciate I am not the only customer affected, and that Yits is a busy man, I am feeling disappointed and frustrated to put it mildly.
I do have faith it will be sorted, but understandably I would rather it was sooner rather than later. I forgot to request a "read receipt" for my response on Monday, so I'm unsure if Yits has read it yet.
To admit puplic in here , that maybe you are right about those spins value. It would cost to Guts maybe 500000€. It would also be the biggest new year bang.
It is true that they have runned every promo before at coinsize , So i think it was honest mistake from them.
This is my opponinion, after that Yits message.
oh no!!

Wonderful, another low roller orientated offer where I may fill the bar once by 2018. I also guess it time for disconnections and lag again.
Hate to throw mud (albeit a small amount) at one of my fave casinos of all time but when, oh when are they gonna cater for those with shallow pockets.
Happy to be proven wrong if the first £1 I wager nabs me a donut
