I have just had a laugh, Log in to guts to find a new VIP program called Guts Loyalty Squad or more of a God Squad (no offence) the way there preaching, Here is a few highlights,

PRIORITY PAYOUTS
You shouldn't have to wait for your winnings

Should any one on any site wait on winnings?

Specially trained team members to take VIP calls,
So who the hell are the no so called players speaking too? Tom from the local pub?

VALUE —
you can demonstrate your value with regular visits, frequent deposits and sessions involving big wins or losses

Big wins or losses, Yep got that

I have nothing against VIP programs and big spenders deserve a treat, BUT what pisses me off is why faster payments and so called TRAINED help?
This should be top priority at any casino for any player, Big or small,

So until we get to VIP Guts status, we have to contend with obscenely slow payout times and robot CS agents.

Welcome to Guts' alternative loyalty programme: The Proletariat Underclass Lowrollers Club!

LoL, that is basically it, I will wait for Dunover to come along, He will let us know what the underclass are entitled too :)

I got nothing against guts, All be it they have flew under the radar for a bit, And I appreciate sites have to look after there loyal players, I have nothing against that, But its a kick up the rear to be told if our not in the elite club than your winnings will be held longer and talk to mike from the the pub,

I have a feeling that mike and tom the local pub dwellers would be a bit more of a hoot and help than some CS have been able to be in the past-at Guts or otherwise :p

And looking at the Squad's VIP promises broken down like you did there-hilars-but I can only read it one way now, like talking to a baby! But not in a cool way cos babies are super cute and fun but more that faux-soothing, sarcastic, dumbed down tone used to stroke an egotistical self-absorbed type of cliche guy-the dumb jock or the typical skeevy old white guy lighting cigars with burning dollar bills kinda like trump LoL-who aren't paying enough attention to whoever is speaking to them at any one time nor if they were, words with 3 or more syllables are a no-go so the poor trophy wife resorts to the ego stroke voice "there there, it's alright, the help is here, it will be fixed in no time they are the 'special' ones sent just for you baby" LOL like are they actually specially trained operatives equipped for anything that gets thrown their way or 'special' like the cute hot dreamboat who can't actually spell his own name but damn if he flicks u a smile-all your worries are forgotten ahhh

Kinda like those kids your parents didn't like you hangin out with-rowdy and lower-class mob-but they were where the real party was at:thumbsup:
like Leo and Kate on the Titanic:lolup:

Seen this today. This is what caught my attention:

"All Guts offers are intended for recreational players only. Should Guts determine that a player is exhibiting signs of non-recreational play, they will lose their Squad membership."

Thought that Squad is not recreational unit?! :p

Hello, my name is Katie.

I think a VIP programme is very much needed at GUTS, their promos have been dreadful lately

I have to say though I think their CS REPS are the best around. Dont know how they could improve on that

Apparently you have to 'apply' to join.

Missues did as she's a VERY regular (although not heavy ) depositor there, she politely but also very firmly got told 'No' (bet they're still having a laugh about it as I type!)

I got totally ignored lol! - Speaks volumes ;)

Really!! did you ask on live chat? I cant belive they ignored you LOL, I thought it was by invitation only?

I guess you're not the type of clientelle they're looking for.

I however, believe that I am eligible. Playing there yesterday, at one stage I was playing 45p bets instead of the usual 30. Try telling me that's not VIP status!

PMSL, I agree, I went from 36p to 45p so I think I am eligible too.

Just dropped them an email to ask anyway

Wasn't chat was an email :D

Yes mainly by invite but IIRC there was a bit that read something like....
(Not sure exactly how it was worded (CBA to check lol))

'If you think you have what it takes....' drop us an email etc.

One day I'll be a VIP somewhere, someone will want me :(

I got a big fat NO too!!, the email was kinda ammusing though

You like the sound of the Squad, huh? We get it. It is made up of the most badass players this side of pimp town.
However, you haven’t quite got what it takes right now. But maybe we’re wrong?

We’ll definitely be keeping an eye on you. And if we like what we see in the near future, we’ll be in touch.
So, while it’s a ‘thanks, but no thanks’ this time, there’s plenty you can do to prove yourself.

Head over to the Squad page for more info on improving your chances.

so by improving I take it they want more and more of my money.....................dont think I could face losing anymore there, by far my unluckiest casino

......

Yeah, i also getted "no" from there.. First i was pi**ed off. 1000-2500€ weekly deposits.

Contacted immediadely Yits , but he calmed me down..:)

I also getted more info : persons who get to squad have not been chosed yet. It is now confusing people..

When vip manager comes to job from holiday , Yits will solve this thing with him.

This information i know..

IMO guts has become one of the worst (from the good casinos :D)...

Their promos just suck.. their rewarding losing players is gone.. etc.,..

I must someway disagree..

Allmost all casinos have stop giving good rewards to losing player. It is not just One casino.

This whole igaming sector seems to be changing

Are you two Finnished yet?

Ba dum tish

I must agree, as much as I love the site, the promos are crap.

I was a regular at Guts but now its maybe once a fortnight I deposit.

It was low roller friendly and decent percentage matches with fair wagering, was....

Now its bonuses locked to the new games (which we all know new games, with the odd, very rare exception are generally CRAP!)

I recall the Monday 'Double Deal' 100% became 75, then 60, now stuck at 40% for a year or more.

I also recall the associated FS, week one were Thunderstruck II, what do we get now, QS or PnG crappy 10p spins.

I think the main point promotion based staff miss is they are trying to get business from GAMBLERS (yeah really we are...)

Winning 1.26 will piss us off to the point if it happens too many times we fuck off elsewhere, winning £20-£30, 80%+ of us will be happy but play it back anyway!! - Little risk IMO.

.

Too true....companies forget that by giving more to the players, they will always come back as a sign of loyalty.

Like so many companies, they'll lavish the customer with great deals and offers, only to stop once their userbase has been established.

No one doubts Guts' credentials and they came out of nowhere to be the go-to place for punters at one stage, they were probably *the best* casino for a couple of years. But all this recent malarkey with the added wagering on select games and lack of reloads has dented their rep somewhat.

The Super Special VIP Club is just another step towards distancing themselves from the majority of lowrollers that made them great to begin with and instrumental in their success.

To be fair I only deposited there myself yesterday more out of nostalgia if anything, and soon regretted not playing somewhere where my custom at least felt a tad more appreciated, at least in a bonus/reward/loyalty sort of way!

If there is one thing that pisses me of its those free 10p spins I mean come the fook on!!

and to add insult to injury they are always on the shittest worse paying games in existence

Not only did the double deal drop like the titanic, BUT also the min depo, £20 £25 n £30,

But what pissed me of is the rules for this, The wager is more on a bonus over 100% 150% 200% but when a bonus is 40% the wager does not drop??

and rules clearly state wager for bonus up to 100% is x amount but yet change there own rules and add a bigger wager when there is free spins involved, So infact there not even free as they come with a wager plus add and extra wager on top, over riding there own terms,

Since they bought the I cloud out or what ever it is and sites are running from there platform they have gone from the best to bad, Peole moved on to them as they had a good reputation but it has come with a lot of errors, There as been some moans about games not running right etc,

I gt nothing against guts, But they have droped below par if you ask me

I've been reading some pretty good reviews on guts and since I had a bit of a problem at a previous casino I have been thinking of trying a couple new casinos and phase out some old ones. Putting aside their drop in the quality of their offers and the guts squad program lol. Are they reputable enough for paying out on withdrawals? Or to their non VIP players whats there support actually like?

Or if anyone has any better casinos to play at since guts seems to be lacking in a few areas that have been described, who would any of you suggest as a good new sign up in their place? Just any Recommendations based on being trustworthy and good t's&c's etc etc.

Also I've been looking at the 32 red Dish of the day thread but I'm not to bothered about their bonus' so I'm going to sign up to them as well. As I think they seem to be pretty reputable and a stand up casino. (if any of you disagree please let me know before i inevitably spend my time, and money :D, over at 32 red)

In all due respect Guts is not a bad operation, They have fallen from the tree in the last 6 months or so but you have no worrys about getting paid and its alot quicker than most sites,

32 red is the same, Very trusted site but again fell from the tree, slow payouts, No flushing and have limited provider for there games

I would say try out DrVegas, They have good bonus, The wager is sticky unless you dip into it but can withdraw cash at any stage, withdraws are normally the next day but have had longer, Nicola just started a thread where she has been waiting abit, But again very trusted site,

All British casino is a new one on the block I would suggest, Make sure you not signed up to no other casino in there group if you are from the U.K, Click on there UK licence logo and see there sister sites,

xfactor games have 50 free spins and a 100% bonus or 150% if you go the code xfator150

32 Red is my 'most visited' and the one I trust above all others.

Other great trustworthy sites include, Guts, Rizk, Casino Luck, Next (Check before joining any of these that you've not self-excluded at any others as you will not get paid if you win)

Blue are MT SecureTrade

Red are EveryMatrix

Up and coming which so far so good, Casino Pop, Dunder

Edit: Not Guts but another example of a CS 'macro'

I am sorry but unfortunately we can't offer you any bonus right now. We review all account on a regular basis though and give out bonuses to players based on activity.
So keep an eye out in your inbox.

Grammar and English at its finest!

Yes my criticism was just not aimed at GUTS, but it was not unusual get free spins a free times a week at GUTS till it changed.

Yes-I remember asking Live Chat about FS promotions a few months ago after I noticed I hadn't seen any emails from them for a while!! I think at the time a new game had just come out and it was pretty normal to usually see a couple of casinos sending out promos for assorted Bonus offers on the new slots-at the time it was a netent game from memory but they did always used to crop us with freebies every time a new game launched actually ha. Weekly, i'd usually sneak a few FS here and there at a couple places and i wasn't totally sure (didnt check to much into it reslly & had deleted all the old spambox etc etc) but i swear that typically Guts had previously given out a few ND FSs out during launches... Spoke to chat who said they were only gonna do Deposit-based offerrs from now on... I then used to try keep eye out for promos or play the trivia/enter prize draws but sometimes the T&Cs and requirements would just be like arghhh too hard pile LOL since seeing these new posts for Guts i Decided to play a few bucks, had a bit of a win but nothing to get me loyalty squad status as yetLOL:o

My two cents as i have seen this happening over and over and over and over and over and ..... again.

I call it: "Established in the market" syndrome.

Phase 1 - Casino is new and dishing out goodies, bonuses... you name it to get traffic and plenty of new sign-ups
Phase 2 - Casino has been online for 1 - 2 years and has now a sizeable loyal player base and is known in the market. Hence, new sign-ups come now with less effort... Result: Offers start to, if not decline, but at least stagnate
Phase 3 - Casino has been online for 2 - 4 years and is now one of the 'major' players in the market, has hundreds of affiliates driving the traffic to them... Result: Offers now clearly in decline
Phase 4 - Casino has been online for over 4 years and is now one of the GO TO places. Traffic and new sign-ups are steady. Losing some 'unprofitable or just profitable' players is no issue, they are now the big player, they can easily afford it.... Result: Offers are utter shite

Examples from the past: The Palace Group, Casino Rewards, Fortune Lounge/Digimedia, Redbet, partially, but really only on the payment side 32RED, Everymatrix, Caddell, Cassava/888 etc etc etc.

Once they have or think to have a certain size that they don't need every player, the honeymoon is over. No need to woo us little players with some good offers. Or even worse, they make the few offers progressively worse, e.g. higher WR, lower bonus percentage, extending restricted games list etc. etc.

One of the best examples here on CM is..... guess, guess.... BETSPIN

Nothing new, nothing shocking....just the reality in the casino world.

just been told after 2 years of playing/losing that they lost (or did not properly validate) my kyc info, are they getting worse?

Well thats certainly abit alarming to hear, Have they not give you an explanation ? Surely they would not need photo I.D again, Maybe just a shot of skrill or bank card, If they want the full lot than I would like to know what has happened with what they had,

Maybe two years ago they was just shoving the I.D in an old folder and now the U.K have tighten there grips the casino wants to make sure its all in order and as they probably nether kept secure as promised and they want it again,

Soon know if others are asked the same thing

I know I speculating here but what other explanation can there be ??

remember it well how they (Betspin ) started here , really active rep, fast responses , very pro active and then boom nothing. They had my loyalty at the start but since then things have changed and have not deposited there in months. But suppose its just progression. We are just one small % of a massive potential player base. And such things I suppose effect more people who enjoy bonuses... something I have all but removed now from my online vice.

I have been blocked and they are asking me for my KYC too.
I have already been verified there so i dont know wth is going on and I'm staying locked out until I hear back from Yits whom I mailed last Sunday.

Same thing has happened with me twice now. Second time I just left it ... could not be bothered sending KYC documents in a 3rd time in less than a year.

Totally crap system. And it dont matter to me as they are stacks of other great casinos out there to choose from. I got nothing against KYC - I know its needed
but 3 times in 12 months ? I think not. Better things to do with my time. Guts is on my "cant be bothered" list anymore.

I cant be bothered either
Such a shame as I loved this casino at one stage.
Why should we be running after them to play?, I understand that things can happen but the truth of the matter is that there other real good casinos to chose from and I'll be voting with my purse here on in.

This seems to be a wide spread KYC repetition request not just the odd random check (which i had at a few casinos after some years of membership and is totally understandable).

The question coming to my mind is: What is Guts doing with the docs in their archives? Are they losing customer data/files? ......That would be very worrying as that puts a BIG BIG question mark on their security department!!

Personally, i would not trust them any further if they request KYC docs multiple times in a year!

The exact thought was going through my mind too Harry. Doesn't give me much confidence in them tbh.

After seeing people were getting requests for KYC again i asked last night if i needed to resubmit ID as from the KYC page i cant see anywhwere if im properly verified or not.

Was told im OK just now as they have proof of address and who I am but once ive DEPOSITED over £2300 id get asked at some point for proof of method of payment.

Never heard of getting asked for ID after deposit level. Besides ive already had Neteller account verified. So queried it again and was told the same. Actually thought id deposited that amount over the years tho use other casinos more.

Asked again and got told the same and that if i win im ok to withdraw. But once i reach a certain amount id also get asked to verify payment method. Was like OK ive already reached that level and had to verify.

Was told the same again my ID proving who i am and where I stay is fine but would need to verify payment at some point.

So my letter dated years ago is fine. But seems like Neteller proof is either not there or needs redone to which i couldnt get a straight answer.

Just left it at that and deposited elsewhere.
