Hello I need some help to with a casino that hasn't paid out yet

Hello , I'm new to this forum and actually first time for this kinda issue , I recently played at a casino called Grand slot's Palace, and I won about 8,000 dollars playing at this casino, I made the deposits it required, I even did the play thru requirements it requested, and there withdrawal rules page states withdrawals will take between 5 to 30 mins to deposit, ok and then there withdrawal policy page then states withdrawals will take between 24 to 72 hours to take place, ok ,and then when I contacted customer support to ask about the withdrawal I've made , which was on April 4th of this year , and the support then tells me that my position is in queue and that VIP players are ahead of me and if I deposit more money it would mve up my withdrawal amount faster otherwise I have to wait in line she said and also that any VIP players that request withdrawals will push me back for my position for withdrawals and that was also very confusing because at that rate if every VIP players that request withdrawals only pushes back when it happens at that rate how won't any player ever receive there money....I'm just trying to see what exactly I should do about this situation and if there's anything i can do really to get my winnings and i don't even mind having to wait as long as I kno that im actually going to be getting paid out for what i won ..I don't know if you can help me with this or guide me , give me advice or just help me at all with this situation and dont want to do anything drastic yet to make it so that i never get my payout , so any kind of help information anything would be appreciated very much so and I can the conversation i just had with support that might help to show exactly what im dealing with here if that would help at all ..I look forward to hearing back from you THXS
 
Our PAB service is the most established Online Casino complaint center - full stop.
Sounds like you're being scammed unfortunately, I wouldn't put another penny into that account until youve received ur winnings (which I doubt You’ll see), and even then I'd be reluctant. I have never heard an agent of any casino suggest that further deposits will speed up my withdrawal or that vip's withdrawals take precedence over mine.
Sorry but you must do more research into a casino before trusting them with your hard earned.
That being said, I earnestly hope I'm wrong for your sake.

Well, that's some rogue-ass behaviour right there! :eek:

I've never heard of this casino before, so I took a quick look at their site. Unfortunately, it does not inspire any confidence. In fact, it's probably the most basic and amateur casino website I have seen in my life!

So here's what to do:
1. Do NOT deposit any more money.
2. Do NOT play any more - dodgy casinos stall withdrawals in this way on purpose in the hope players will lose patience and blow all their winnings.
3. If you've been waiting more than 5-6 days for your withdrawal, submit a PAB here at Casinomiester - the "Complaints" link at the top of this page - or click here

I've attempted to contact support several times gotten very very little responses and when I have gotten responses the support is extremely rude and not helpful in anyway, and I'm very respectful very apologetic, very professional and even with getting no answers that make sense still very nice and thank them for there time and appreciate there efforts and help with everything, I'm also afraid to do anything really because I don't want to lose what I rightfully won fair and square followed the rules and all the guidelines to get my winnings and my original first date i put in for withdrawl was actually on April 2 but i cancelled that and put in for 2 separate withdrawals that were smaller than then the original withdrawl of 8431.17 I won, and put in one for $2000, and then the remaining 6431.17 just trying to see if that would help anything by doing so and that was on the 4th when i made the change and its now the 9 th and im being told something very different then what there' rules and policys states....it says you can upgrade your status to receive VIP. Treatment, and have your withdrawal time moved up faster, but doesn't state anywhere that if you don't upgrade you will have to wait in line is what she said and also if another VIP puts in for a withdrawal they come first and it will push you back in the queue she said...my queue status as of rt now says 14740 however when you go to check your status for bronze members there on numbers 20113 and up , which wouldn't make sense then because I'm 14740 so i should of already gotten my withdrawal then right ,.if the numbers are going up like they show , that's what that would mean right,.,..i just don't know exactly at this point the best option i should do , i just want what I won and deserve that...im not one for wanting to get anybody in any kind of trouble but i think there in the wrong with this not me, so should i put in a complaint now or should i wait a little longer an hope they pay.....what would you do if it were you...i appreciate the advice and your time thxs

It is not hard to put spaces between paragraphs.

If your referring to this casino then yes 100% a scam, I can not even access the website it redirects me to yahoo as soon as I click the link I even tried a VPN and it did the same thing.

THey scammed me also. I won 3.666.706.28 plus 15000 and 500 I was told I must deposit 58 so I did then I was told I had to complete so many bets before I could withdraw. I finaly was able to withdraw. My withdraw was pending for days. I then checked today no withdraw history nothing. I contacted through chat a Thomas Overby he stated i did have withraws pending if I wanted it faster I must upgrade. Which cost $200 to Diamond. So I contacted him again and everything changed I was told I have not made a withdraw when just min ago he said he seen one. So I exposed them they are scamming people out of money. They got $58 from me and completely frauded me out of Millions. How come our country lets these scammers keep doing this. We must stop them. Oh how I found out about them was through facebook add so actually facebook should be held responsible for allowing them to defraud there users.

I won over 10 grand with them never say a penny but on my debit card it show that my package was delivered so they got me on that smh
 
I have been wanting since April 4th for 69897 and they said I need to pay 300$ in Bitcoin in order for me to see my money be deposited and I was diagnosed with cancer and that money could help save my life l
