Huh.

Maybe this christmas calender make my decision final. Deposits 5k , 80 free spins from calender.

I just closed my Guts account.

This Squad has getted me errors in my brain. i was member in squad. Also after Joakim left vip manager job, this new loyalty team is headaching me every week with my cashback. I need to tell them how to calculate it , if that dont help me : Yits helped me to get it correct.

Got to admit I am thinking of hanging my boots up at GUTS, extremely dissapointed with them, even after depositing and wagering thousands and being a supposed squad member they still think its acceptable 'gift' to put a 40% wagering on.

Feel really let down by them that calendar was awful and now the game errors etc makes you think what is the point

The support guys on chat told me to run ccleaner which might solve the issue but that was priced at £29.95 so I didn't bother.

No, Ccleaner is free to download and use. Don't buy it.

Now it won't solve these issues with lags and disconnections though since even we who runs it and try every way possible to get it to work suffer from it.
It's good to use otherwise though. Make sure to save all passwords though because it's all wiped out.

Normally they ask you to wager it 35x. So why upset over 5 times higher wagering on a bigger bonus than normal?
Or have I misunderstood since you are writing 40% all the time? :)

Because its a bonus we have earned through depositing and wagering, and you have seen yourself how hard it was to move them bars, so why change your general bonus terms of 35 % to 40% for a xmas promo or (gift as they put it). Sorry but I think that is just mean.

Well if we talk little bit of squad promos.

I take also one example which was insane.

Squad sended me email: deposit 1000€ get 500€ bonus.

Then i asked from cs : what is wagering recuirements. " becouse in email dint read it " ..

Answer was : 35X " normal promo t&c ". So 17500€. .

That was same as saying: throw here 1k.

Vips with higher/no betting limits and LOW wagering recuirements.

Who is taking care of those " VIP " offers. :eek2:

That person is sending Vips to another casino.

And the same time i founded same offer from finnish casino forum. That offer gived free spins also with the bonus. So squad offer was worse than , what i would get with another code.

Yep.....it most definitely IS mean.

The general bonus terms state that all bonuses need to be wagered 35 times.

It only goes up to 40 times once the % match goes up to 150%, not 100%.

Therefore, the WR SHOULD be 35 times, NOT 40.

So to go along with all the bloody laggy spins, we have bonuses with increased WR that are not even in line with their own frickin' general bonus terms.

And given that they have pulled such a Scrooge-esque move like that, they have the cheek to call the promo "Making Xmas Great Again". :rolleyes:

Hi all,

Just a friendly heads up regarding something I unfortunately experienced with the current Christmas gifts.

I received two deposit bonuses, one 50% and one 100% bonus.

These appeared in the Christmas drop down menu with the 50% offer being first from left to right with the 100% offer in second place.

Naturally I assumed this meant the 50% bonus would apply first to my first deposit of the day, and the 100% bonus would apply to my second deposit of the day.

I only had $50 spare for some play time today, so in order to maximize the bonuses and extend my session I thought I would deposit $20 to receive the 50% bonus, and once that bust I could deposit the remaining $30 for the 100% bonus. This would give me a total of $90 to play with and hopefully extend my play time at Guts which has become an extreme rarity of late.

However, to my surprise and confusion, despite the 50% bonus being in first place in the list, when I made my first deposit of $20 I was credited the 100% bonus instead. I then received the 50% bonus on my second deposit.

It's not a huge deal, but the extra $10 lost when your low rolling can be annoying as that's a fair few extra spins lost on DOA at minimum bet, especially when I've had a horrible rtp at Guts for quite some time.

Needless to say I lost both deposits in record time at minimum bets so maybe it was a lost cause anyway, but thought I'd mention it so others don't get caught out in the same way. :)

Great for you :thumbsup: You've been one of their biggest supporters so I really hope they have learned something from this.

I was a big supporter too until recently. Not much trust left though.

1. For the umpteenth time the promo page is wrong. It shows Holiday Season but is apparently on Cloud Quest.

2. Either way. The bet value is 0.10 (again). OK so you can't give high values every time but you used to mix it up a bit.

Now is just bullshit. Like you aren't trying.

So in protest, I refuse to deposit tomorrow. Don't want these worthless spins.

I'm sorry to say this but I think Guts needs to buck its ideas up. It just isn't competitive now.

I know they're trying with the Xmas calendar and New years offer but there is no way that competes with Rizk and VS when i'm contemplating a deposit.

This post is intended as genuine feedback, not an attack.

You need a new offering guys because, as it stands. You won't be getting anything from me in 2017.

Either way I wish you well and hope you're working on it.

Just noticed the double deal Monday is also missing from promo page, it might be just me but surely they are not stopping the one deposit bonus they offer

I had a 'friendly moan' at live chat as I found no spins in Holiday Season and was told they're in Cloud Quest (website not updated at the time)

I politely (yes really) told the agent that Cloud Quest is a joke of a slot (what I meant to say was Cloud Quest ain't worth the steam off my piss) but my fingers wouldn't type that at the time.

The Thursday Triple when slots for FS are 0.10p is a 15% bonus which to me is not even a promotion.

Granted if the spins are on HS or maybe BoD you stand a very small chance of a win to grant some playtime, with CQ we have no chance, no seriously none.

These promos need to improve and fast.

As much as I love Guts and have a LOT of time and respect for Yits, I made myself a few New year resolutions in that, i) I'm reducing deposits in general ii) Constant shit promos and no recognition of my (although low roller) loyalty I move on!

Edit: @mimi - Noticed too the 40% Monday deal gone, surely they're not THAT tight to even remove that bonus offer, I look forward to that most weeks!

I've been a member at GUTS since they opened but with all the constant errors etc I have totally cut down my deposits there. It came to the point where I was so fed up of the constant errors that I would only deposit for the 40% bonus on a Monday. Like why should I deposit and play with errors when there are many other casinos I can spend my money at without getting errors? Anyway I received an email at the start of December saying I was banned from all promotions at GUTS. Really?? If you sorted out your errors then I would deposit without a bonus! Bit of a joke when I've played there since the start and deposited well in excess 10k over the years. Such a shame, was always one of the first casinos I'd deposit at when I got in from work as well..
