You were offered something which required your participation (10k wagering for the highest level) and that highest level got you spins at level 10 @7.5 a spin. Immediately after posting yesterday, I pm'd the rep, and also sent another email to teamleaders, that inlcuded a screenshot.

I've had no response to either.

I also emailedd Maxd, who got back to me very promptly, and also asked me to include Yits in the conversation, which I did.

The free spins credited to my account, $125 worth, will expire if I don't play in less than a day. I feel it should have been $375 worth at bet level ten.

I would not normally be concerned about a rep not responding within 24 hours, but the free spins that have been credited expire shortly. So it's more timely than some matters.
