Club World Casinos -- Payments are taking considerably longer to be received

OK Shell, I tried to get you to "see the light" with my earlier post. Obviously you are hard headed. Otherwise you would catch on to what folks are saying.

4OAK pretty much is being straight with you. He is trying to give you advice, because you obviously need help. Anyone in the USA that gambles, is facing problems with deposits and withdrawals, they are also being kept up in the air on when their money will get to them. If you are not willing to listen to some pretty good advice, then I would say, don't bother posting or don't get upset when people address you

I get what's going on I don't need your help or your advice. I am still entitled to my opinion even if I don't agree with you. And I am not upset, but even if I was who are you to tell me I can't post. If you don't like what I say then don't read it, it's that easy. Instead you reduce yourself to name calling and berating. This is laughable, you are really loyal to your casino you would have thought I insulted your mother or something.

Nobody called you names, and can't see this "berating" you mention. I also can't see where jod told you that you can't post.

You are suggesting that it's an "us vs them" situation where if anyone dares state that it isn't the casino's fault, they are "loyal to their :)what:) casino" or somehow "anti player".

Of course you can say what you like, but if you're going to do so in a public forum then you have to accept that others will call you out if they think you're wrong or being unreasonable. If you don't want opinions, don't post on a forum.

The problem is that it has been explained over and over what the issues are, yet you seem to ignore them. People are trying to assist you here....if you don't want advice or assistance or information then why are you even posting?

Its pretty much a misunderstanding. Many members here are irritated by posters who gamble furiously but complain that they have lost money they are in dire need of. We believe gamblers should be responsible for their own actions and not blame others including the casinos. That said, I dont think you fall into the aforesaid category. 4OAK and Jod are passionate posters and mean no harm. CWC aredoing themselves a disservice in being silent throughout resulting in some wild-guessing. Months ago, I also had problemw with cashouts at All Slots and they continuously reversed my cashouts without informing me of the reasons for doing so. Please rest assured you have found the best site and forum related to online gaming. I trust you will continue to contribute more here.

Still waiting

Update - ACH approved 5/18 just arrived. 7 business days from approval. I am ok with this now.

Diane

I am still waiting on my withdrawal that was approved on the 31st of May (obviously it's been 3 weeks!) and this was my first withdrawal through this group. I am very upset and have been told the same old thing you were told except they have ran out of excuses now since we're on the 14th working day! I won't be using this group again!!

ACH Withdrawals

To all Casinomeister members

Tom is off on a days leave today.

We at Club World Casinos take your comments very seriously, we do read the forums and we are not always able to respond to every comment each and every day (particularly over the weekends).

On the ACH payment processing issue, we can only apologise for those of you that have had delays in you receiving your money, I can assure you that we here at Club World are just as upset and frustrated as you good people, however I can assure you that as a percentage of withdrawals that have been sent out you are in the minority. I know that is probably little comfort as all you want is your money. We are working hard with these 3rd party processors to find out exactly what has happened to each and every one of those missing withdrawals, and as they are 3rd party processors we are in their hands,

Please be patient as I know that you will all receive your winnings.

Club World Casinos has over the years built up a good reputation and we certainly want to maintain and even improve on our reputation by listening to you our customers, please be patient as I know that you will all receive your winnings, we will ensure that you do, it may just take a little longer than we all expected.

Thanks you

I appreciate your explaining their mentality. I was beginning to think I was posting in a pit of piranhas, and it's nice to know there are actually decent people here.

Please read our Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ. The FAQ details what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you, as your PAB progresses. It is required reading for all PABers and we will assume that you are familiar with and will comply with the guidance contained therein.

In particular you would know (a) that posting here regarding your PAB can kill the PAB before we even begin, and (b) that you have made basic errors in your PAB which are going to delay it until you have corrected them (an email on this will be sent to you shortly).

Please note that you agreed to comply with the FAQ guidelines when you submitted your PAB.

oh really? I've made several deposits using my debit card in the last few weeks. In fact, they seem to process faster!

Lesson Learned

I think it's safe to say that once some of us who have been waiting several weeks to get paid have learned our lesson. Quite simply it's not worth it to play anymore.

For many of us we weigh the convenience of going to a land based casino which may be an hour drive vs. going online. Waiting near a month to get paid vs. that drive has now made CWC an inferior choice.

My personal take is that online gambling is done in the US and that's it. I hung on to CWC because they used to be reliable and responsive. That is no longer the case so I am closing my last CWC account one my payment is received.

"that have been sent out you are in the minority."

Thanks Martyn for the follow up. It would be nice to hear an explanation of what is holding the funds up with the processor. Since we are in the "minority" and all, what have they said? Since you have been in contact with them over this issue and it appears only a handful of people have been affected. thanks

So does this mean another three weeks? I understand we will receive our winnings but you have no idea when? Can you cancel those withdrawals to this third party co. and pay us through the company you are using that is processing the withdrawals in a timely manner?

We all knew the risks

I understand that much of these problems are out of their control and we just have to be patient. However, they did select the ACH provider and in doing so are responsible for the actions (or lack of) the ACH provider delivers. It's of my personal opinion that when 5-7 days had passed & they noticed that no ACH withdrawls were being successfully sent to the US, then they should have stopped accepting deposits. Blocking US deposits until payments are working again would have been ethical thing to do, but they didn't do that. They could have at minimum emailed their players about the delays, but they didn't do that either. Being an accredited casino, they could have responded to some posts from people raising concerns here, but alas they didn't do that until today.

It's basically the equivalent of a casino's cash cage being boarded up at a land casino (without even a note stuck to it) while the tables are taking bets and handing you chips you can't cash out. Would you play there?

The expectation from the player is instant deposit and processing within a reasonable amount of time, not deposit instantly and wait a month to withdraw your winnings. Environment or not, it's a legit complaint and nobody really knows if it will even be "soon".

That being said, I regret playing at CWC because this isn't worth it. We have nobody to blame but ourselves. I sincerely hope this thread dies because everyone gets paid this week.

Has anyone received an ACH deposit this month from this group? Lets see how much the minority we are.

If CW chose an ACH processor that advertised 7-10 business days for transfers, and in actuality they took 14-21 business days, how would CW know this? When the first one takes 14-21 days surely. There is no way they could know before that.

Consider then that cashouts are processed daily, and you have at least 2 weeks worth of cashouts sent to this processor BEFORE CW realised they weren't getting what they were paying for. CW has since changed processor, but anything already sent to the old one cannot be retrieved.

I'm not being a "casino shill".....its just common sense and logic.

You began your post with "we knew the risks" and then went on to blame the casino.

Your analogy of the land based cashier window being boarded up shows how little you know about the huge differences between land based and online gaming. It's ridiculous to suggest that the casino should stop taking deposits - they fixed the problem as soon as they became aware of it.

It doesn't seem to matter what reasonable explanation is provided, some people just won't listen. Some have been complaining that CW hasn't said anything, but when they do they ignore it. After all, threatening to close accounts etc is going to get one paid quicker right??

I'd be angry about the whole US situation, but I'd also be directing it to the CAUSE not a fellow victim.

I recognize your point about the potential of CW not able to recognize a problem until a promised time to deposit duration has passed. That makes sense.

What I'm saying is that we knew the risks after payment processing as a whole became much more involved and to accept that risk means we can't be shocked when there are problems. That doesn't mean we can't discuss it on a casino forum and have our own perspectives on the matter.

"Your analogy of the land based cashier window being boarded up shows how little you know about the huge differences between land based and online gaming."

Is that a real statement? What is this.. I don't even..

"It's ridiculous to suggest that the casino should stop taking deposits - they fixed the problem as soon as they became aware of it."

This is still a very real problem for those who haven't received their deposits. You personally may be confident this problem is fixed, but ask those who are still waiting. The risk remains that the processor that CWC chose may continue to have problems delivering. This problem continues to be open-ended to some players.

The position you take is your own and valid, but it's also valid for players to continue to be concerned.

Guess I am in minority also

I have 2 pending ACH withdrawals at 2 different CW casinos. One from 6/7, the other from 6/15/11. his is it for me- I have been a loyal CW customer for 2 years. Back to brick and mortar for me.

I think its safe to say that many RTG casinos do not want to lose the US business. I'm pretty sure my fellow countryman are still some of the biggest depositors for online gaming. If the last few weeks of withdrawals get stiffed it will be disastrous for the particular casinos bottom line. They will be hiring the guy from "cool cat casino" to stay afloat due to the loss of USA business.

God forbid!,

But I am sure that is exactly what will happen!

There's a bridge to win for the first ten depositors! Deposit NOW with a fantastic 800% bonus!!!! Get it now!.

I am so happy you guys received your winnings!

My question is and I know that this is in the wrong forum but here I go anyway:

Huuuhurm, would it be possible to have a 'stfu' button here in this forum? :D;)

I know there is an 'ignore' thingy but really... lol.

All I can say is , that when and if this issue happens in Aussie land, will there be a 'gloating' button here in this forum?;)

Get a grip.

If you don't like what someone says use ignore....I would hate to think that anything I said would overshadow your wonderful contribution to this thread.

Keep campaigning for the "stfu" button, but you can wait until after Sesame Street and some milk and cookies if you like. I'm sure the grown-ups will understand.
