If CW chose an ACH processor that advertised 7-10 business days for transfers, and in actuality they took 14-21 business days, how would CW know this? When the first one takes 14-21 days surely. There is no way they could know before that.
Consider then that cashouts are processed daily, and you have at least 2 weeks worth of cashouts sent to this processor BEFORE CW realised they weren't getting what they were paying for. CW has since changed processor, but anything already sent to the old one cannot be retrieved.
I'm not being a "casino shill".....its just common sense and logic.
You began your post with "we knew the risks" and then went on to blame the casino.
Your analogy of the land based cashier window being boarded up shows how little you know about the huge differences between land based and online gaming. It's ridiculous to suggest that the casino should stop taking deposits - they fixed the problem as soon as they became aware of it.
It doesn't seem to matter what reasonable explanation is provided, some people just won't listen. Some have been complaining that CW hasn't said anything, but when they do they ignore it. After all, threatening to close accounts etc is going to get one paid quicker right??
I'd be angry about the whole US situation, but I'd also be directing it to the CAUSE not a fellow victim.
