Winera Delaying Despite Email confirmation

I hope I am under the right thread for this post. I may also post under ask the meister for some help. I don’t know what to do at this point. I want to trust this Casino but it is hard to when you are being mislead by them. I signed up for Winera.us casino

because I’ve seen the reviews and forum groups where ppl signed up to play. They have good promo packages as well. I know I spent over a 100 bucks with them which I barely do until I know they will pay me. I got up to 400 and played down to 380.00 and decided to do my first cash out.

I waited for 4 days for the KYC to complete. They had crypto at the time but the lady advised they just added ACH and that would be the better option.

I made the initial request on June 15th 2026. They sent an email on June 19th 2026 stating the payment is processing and it can up to 3 days to appear depending on method. I went on the website and it has completed under transactions. I knew the 19th was a holiday so I know that it was gonna be delayed maybe receive it by Tuesday at the latest.

Tuesday came and I didn’t see anything so I reached back out to support and they said well it could take up to three days and that yes my payment has been sent so I waited until Thursday. Nothing! On June 25th which made it 5 buisness days since they sent the money I started getting worried and I wrote them and said if it says completed and that the payment is sent, why hasn’t it showed up in my account already?

This doesn’t make any sense and it’s starting to make me cautious. The representative advised that the Finance team is doing their best. I said I understand that but you guys already told me that the payment was completed so why hasn’t it appeared and they told me that my redemption will be arriving soon but how when you guys already said that it was completed.

It doesn’t make sense to me. I also told them that this upcoming Monday will make it two weeks since I made the initial request to get the redemption. I played on other sites and it never took this long. I also went to trust pilot and under the 1 stars I see that I’m not the only one that’s waiting on a payment.

A user stated that they initiated a redemption for crypto on the 23rd and they still haven’t received it which crypto shouldn’t take that one for a payment as well. I need to know what my next steps are because I don’t know if they’re gonna pay me.

I’m getting worried especially since I spent money and they had no issues taking my money I just want what’s owe to me. I feel like they are seriously delaying and giving me the runaround when the money should have arrived in my account already I use Current bank and with Current as soon as they send your deposit it post immediately.

I want to know am I tripping or is this really an alarm? Thanks I attached the email and i also have the chat with the rep.

Hello I made a post but I don’t know if anyone is going to see it because my last post I didn’t have any replies. I played on this site called Winera.us. I won 380.00 and I made the redemption request on June 15th 2026. June 19th they sent an email stating that they processed my payment and that you can take up to three days to appear in my account based on my method, which was ACH. I know June 19, 2026 was a holiday so I know that I will probably get it by Tuesday. Well Tuesday came and went and I didn’t see any deposit. I reached out and they advised me that it could take up to three days business days days I said OK wait by June 25. I said it’s five business days. The money should have arrived so I reached out to support again then they said he could take up to five business days to appear I said, but you guys just told me three I said it’s kind of misleading and it was like the Finance team is doing their best I said, but you already sent me an email thinking that my payment has been sent out under the transactions via the website, it says that the transfer was completed so what do you mean that the Finance team is doing their best and they will have my payment out soon it doesn’t make sense. I need to know if I need to file a claim because I honestly don’t know what they’re gonna pay me or not. I also see no trust pilot that there are a few other players that are having the same issue and they did their redemption via crypto which shouldn’t take too long to receive and a player has been waiting since June 23 and I’ve been waiting since June 19 so I need to know what I need to do or how I need to go about this.
