I hope I am under the right thread for this post. I may also post under ask the meister for some help. I don’t know what to do at this point. I want to trust this Casino but it is hard to when you are being mislead by them. I signed up for Winera.us casino
because I’ve seen the reviews and forum groups where ppl signed up to play. They have good promo packages as well. I know I spent over a 100 bucks with them which I barely do until I know they will pay me. I got up to 400 and played down to 380.00 and decided to do my first cash out.
I waited for 4 days for the KYC to complete. They had crypto at the time but the lady advised they just added ACH and that would be the better option.
I made the initial request on June 15th 2026. They sent an email on June 19th 2026 stating the payment is processing and it can up to 3 days to appear depending on method. I went on the website and it has completed under transactions. I knew the 19th was a holiday so I know that it was gonna be delayed maybe receive it by Tuesday at the latest.
Tuesday came and I didn’t see anything so I reached back out to support and they said well it could take up to three days and that yes my payment has been sent so I waited until Thursday. Nothing! On June 25th which made it 5 buisness days since they sent the money I started getting worried and I wrote them and said if it says completed and that the payment is sent, why hasn’t it showed up in my account already?
This doesn’t make any sense and it’s starting to make me cautious. The representative advised that the Finance team is doing their best. I said I understand that but you guys already told me that the payment was completed so why hasn’t it appeared and they told me that my redemption will be arriving soon but how when you guys already said that it was completed.
It doesn’t make sense to me. I also told them that this upcoming Monday will make it two weeks since I made the initial request to get the redemption. I played on other sites and it never took this long. I also went to trust pilot and under the 1 stars I see that I’m not the only one that’s waiting on a payment.
A user stated that they initiated a redemption for crypto on the 23rd and they still haven’t received it which crypto shouldn’t take that one for a payment as well. I need to know what my next steps are because I don’t know if they’re gonna pay me.
I’m getting worried especially since I spent money and they had no issues taking my money I just want what’s owe to me. I feel like they are seriously delaying and giving me the runaround when the money should have arrived in my account already I use Current bank and with Current as soon as they send your deposit it post immediately.
I want to know am I tripping or is this really an alarm? Thanks I attached the email and i also have the chat with the rep.
