Hello guys I hope this is right room I will post in another to be sure. So I wa splaying on bitsky and I did a 40cent spin and got the bonus it payed me 4k. Well I never won this much on the site so I ask them for my limit. I spoke to the customer service rep and I was asking them what is my limit to redeem before it resets they tell me that I can only take off 2500 total and that the rest is going to be voided because I won all that from one game round and not by playing multiple games. I never heard that in my life I won bigger bonuses on one game one spin and the other casinos have paid me that money they told me that it was a sweep state rule, and other sweepstake casinos have that same rule and I told the agent I have never heard where you won a big bonus from one round and that you can only have part of it. I never heard this before other games and other sites I have played on when I won 5K or if I won 10 K that’s what I got. It didn’t matter if it came from one game or two games they gave me the money. They proceeded to tell me that that’s their rule and that I can only have 2500 and that the rest would be voided and it’s outlined. I asked them to show me where that is at and they are currently telling me they’re looking to find it but how if you know this rule and this is your rule why do you have to go look into to find the post where it says that exact thing that they proceeded to take out the remaining and left me only 2500 in that account and I told them I am screenshot in the whole conversation which I did and I screenshot it the when I screenshot it, the balance and everything I need to know is this really illegal rule that they can do from this casino because every other casino I played, I have gotten the whole amount I even asked them what about the high rollers that win 20 K or more from one game you’re telling me they don’t get that amount then they told me that I could make a withdrawal request to get 3K but since I’m not a high roller and I only spent 100 total on their site then it don’t apply to me I need help.
