PAB in progress Betizy Payment Issues Alleged VPN problem

Hey. I have same problem. Need help!

First, i started playing on site called Betizy. After losing alot, they wanted me to verify my account (KYC). Did that, everything was on green and verified. After i tried to cashout they took over 2 days to handle it, after that my verification didnt last? They asked me to sent photo with me, holding my ID card. I did that, but the card what i holded was new ID card (2024), not that old (2017) what i put to KYC. I explained situation that i can try to find the old one, but after that they was ok with it, that i sent new photo of 2024 ID card, and photo with me holding it. After that everything was ok. Then i won several amount of money (total 9202,68+300€) and they took that 9202€ away, saying that ive broke rule 12.10. Which is not true. I dont use VPN for gambling, once i tried to log in with VPN by mistake After that i did not gamble at all, logged out and i went back to my mobilephone and started playing with that. All my gamblings ive done with mobilephone. They wont refund my moneys, they stole em.
