Club World Casinos -- Payments are taking considerably longer to be received

Okay...I'm very frustrated. Today is business day 11 and still no ACH deposit in the bank. I went on chat to see what was up and was told they would have to send my inquiry to the cashier department to put a trace on the ACH. I was under the impression this was done last Friday when I called to check... I think I'm getting the runaround....

I just wanted to give an update. I did confirm with my bank this morning that I did receive my ACH deposit today. 11th business day

I won a bit today at Aladdin's Gold and requested a check by courier. So now I will begin the countdown to see how long that method takes.

I asked today about ACH timeframes and CS told me "at least 10 business days". When I asked about check by courier, I was told it would be "quicker". So I selected that. Will begin the countdown once it gets "approved" which should be tomorrow. Free option as long as $750 cashed out minimum, otherwise a $20 fee is charged.

My request was made on June 1st, and processed on June 6th due to holidays and a weekend. Today marks two weeks since my withdrawl request.

Contacted chat today and was told:

Andrea: Ok i can see the withdrawal was approved on 6/6/2011 12:06:52 PM. Ach Withdrawal takes 7-10 working days so it may be in your bank account tomorrow or monday at the very latest

I never received an email from the cashier regarding my request. If I were you I would be thinking next Wednesday at the earliest. Chances of you receiving an ACH this Friday are nil imo.
 
CS at CW

My withdrawal ACH finally approved on 5/31/11 and told would take 3-5 days I still haven't received in my bank account. Support advised today it is now takin 7-10 days.
Today was 10 days so they said to contact the cashier.

I have contacted the cashier via email and never have recieved a reply. This is bull.:mad:
 
I know its already been said, but I'm not sure the message is getting through.

If you are a US player, you will experience significant delays in receiving funds. It sucks, but that's the reality.

Emailing and chatting isn't going to make it arrive any faster....there is nothing the CSRs can do except contact the cashier who can't do anything once the cashout is processed. If they say ten days then allow for fifteen etc.....that's just the way things are.

My educated guess is that they have to funnel the cash through even more intermediary banks before the ACTUAL ach/wire is directly sent to you, as a result of all the recent seizures.

I know its annoying, but harassing support and being negative about CWC is unreasonable and altogether pointless.

It is also quite possible that cashouts are SLOWER due to the cashiers having to spend time dealing with lots of unnecessary follow up so it may well be that some players are crapping in their own nest.

When you are told that you will receive your ach by X date and it doesn't arrive, then your are told another date and it doesnt arrive, it sounds to me as if they don't know squat!.

Unless you have a pending withdrawal, what you have to say is of no importance.

I am glad to hear that someone has atleast recieved their ACh, that is good information. It is important information.

My withdrawal approved may 31st. told would recieve in 3 days and last week told no later than friday June 10th and today told should be anyday but I might want to email cashier, which I have numerous times and recieved no reply.

I am sure we will be paid someday, the question is when. If they have no idea then they should say so and they should also answer emails.

I'd written this in reply to a member's question over at GoneGambling. I think it will be just as helpful here, for everyone to understand what's happening...

ACH payments definitely are slower and this is for different reasons. First, ACH processors can only take in a relatively small amount of money to disburse to players (typically between $50,000 - $100,000). The reason for this is to lessen the risk involved, should the money be seized. With this money, the processor will only make payments up to $2500 per player at one shot. Most casinos only have access to one or two ACH processors at any given time. So imagine if a casino has 100 players to be paid and those 100 players have $200,000 due to them. This basically creates a backlog of payments. Essentially, it’s a big waiting list and the casino has no control or knowledge of where you are sitting on that list. The good news is that even with this being slower, with ACH processing, should the money end up being seized, the casino will still take care of the players, using a different ACH processor. Of course, this just slows the process down, even more.

A bit more to add to this...

I'm a big fan of the CW brands. I know the owner has been hit hard by seized funds, but continues to do the right thing by finding alternative processors to ensure players get their withdrawals. Further, trust that the last thing ANY reputable operator wants is these sort of delays--CW is no different.

When all is said and done, it's a crappy situation in the U.S. For the moment, you need to understand that should you be lucky enough to have a win, you'll need to be patient. If you can't afford to be patient, my advice would be don't play.

I suggest you read her post again.

You are inferring that CW are looking for ways to avoid payment when the reality is exactly the opposite.

QT is the latest seizure, but it isn't the only one. Many casinos lost their funds via seized processors.

Sorry--perhaps I wasn't clear on that. What I was speaking about was ACH transactions. As far as QT is concerned, that's an entirely different animal and I can't say what to expect with that, from CWG or any other operator for that matter.

Remember, with QT, no operator can possibly know what funds a player may or may not have withdrawn from QT.
 
We US players that are determined to keep on playing are going to have to learn patience. The casinos that are still letting us play, CW, Jackpot Group, are doing the best that they can to get us paid. Nothing is going to work like it use to. So if you can't stand the wait, you had better not play. And by the way, I am still playing.

CS doesn't know anything about payment times etc. You can email all you want and they won't be able to give you a good answer. They just don't know, plain and simple. They try to make you happy by telling you something. Would it be better if they said "Ain't got a clue?". :D Bashing CW isn't going to make them be able to get your money to you any quicker.

We, being US citizens, voted these jackasses into office and now we are all eating the same S**t sandwich. Looks like we are going to be forced to eat it crust and all and like it. Isn't it wonderful that we have a government that takes such good care of us?

Received a reply from Steven this morning which was nice. Sounds like the new processor they're using is taking too long and they are switching. Can't call the funds back though they say. We will see how this pans out. I hope I don't here your funds were seized excuse. a casino could just sa what they want. What is any player going to do about it? Whether USA or Europe.

You had the situation clearly explained by greedygirl and others but you obviously just ignored it, or you wouldn't have kept carrying on about it.

Just reporting back that he replied. Still don't have the money yet. My point is if they choose to stiff you what could you do about it? They could still be full of it

It's actually been 11 business days as there was a bank holiday on the 2nd and on the 13th.

Technically 10 full business days if you don't count the day OF approval and start the clock the next full business day.

7-10 business days would make me think that you should have it in your account today/tomorrow.

Support isn't really going to tell you anything anyway. Don't get me wrong, I'm sympathetic as I too am still waiting for a withdrawl approved on the 1st. But we all need to just chill and wait the full 10 business days before we start sounding alarm bells.
