PlayOJO CASINO Withdrawal Still not even processed (player pending)

Played on ojo casino won a nice amount of money they let me withdraw £5000 and wouldn’t let me take any more so I’ve ended up giving back nearly £70,000 in winnings back because I’ve felt I was never gonna get it, no straight answers and never had this before with any casino.

Been waiting 5 days I’ve sent all my proofs everything is fine and still nothing gone in bank it’s not even started the process yet after 5 days now I’m getting stressed out I just want my money back out. Can’t belive they managed to leave me with all that money and not let me withdraw it after such big win. Would changed my family life.

Lots of TV Advertising, used to be a very large brand before being absorbed my SoN. I guess it must be due to their size and possibly hitting a demo that might not have accounts with the usuals and not be familiar with withdrawal times.

I didn't think UK casinos could make you split withdrawals? Couldn't the OP have withdrawn the full amount?

I could withdraw more than 5k 5 days ago and that’s am still in my player pending and not even been processed yet it’s a joke. Need help or I’ll be leaving the a very bad review. I feel like taking legal action because it’s false advertising, and another day passing no funds even started to hit my bank yet

I believe if you request it you can withdraw any amount you wish in one go.

according to out T&Cs all big wins need to be checked by the game provider , it was sent on the 9th and we got the OK back yesterday the 13th and your withdrawal was then sent immediately

you were also notified multiple times in writing about the easy to place cooling off steps available in your account in order to not play your winnings

and some of the statements you made to Support along with multiple emails and chats also triggered a block and you were then asked a number of responsible gambling questions which you replied to positively today, block lifted
