Hello.
February 1st , I took the no deposit bonus on this site in a casino with bonus code Titan ASKGAMBLERS75 . After a while I played this bonus and my balance was more than $ 3,000 . But learning the rules, I understood that the maximum amount of cash out $ 150 + a deposit of $ 21 . I sent all the necessary documents in the casino, fill the form: fax Batsko . I created and AskGamblers complaint, they give no assurance that they would help. just want justice, I spent a lot of time and nerves, I want to receive your winnings. I did everything that was required of me, and they came to me very bad .....
 
I'm rather surprised that Askgamblers is promoting this clip-shot joint. This casino falls under the Affactive/Revenue jet casinos which are about as dodgy as you can get. The Winpalace group has been awarded "worst casino group" for three separate years I think. :rolleyes:

Chalk this up to a "lesson learned". Very disappointing that Askgamblers won't assist you in this. They should not be promoting this brand; they should know better.

A representative from the casino will get in touch with you to provide more explanations.

It makes me ill to know this group goes on different forums pretending to be a good group waiting to pounce on unsuspecting players :mad: when i was new to gaming i spent thousands between Win Palace and Casino Titan before i knew what they were.

This is the same casino group I had problems with. Actually the exact same problem as you.

I have also gotten the same response. They said I have multiple accounts when they chased it up. Which is a hilarious lie considering ive never come close to this casino group before.

Once I tried to chase it up with their support, the way the operator was responding to me. I knew within about 2 minutes it was a full blown rogue casino. Bad spelling, lying, antagonizing, acting clueless.

Hi Karina,
When reviewing your account for withdrawal, the casino found that you were flagged in another location for security purposes and they could also not verify some of the documents you sent in as being authentic. Due to this, your account was closed by the casino and the $21 deposit you made was refunded.

your account was refunded already on the 19/02/2014, including all the amount you deposited.
Again, the case is closed and nothing else will be done about it.

the refund has been resent on the 27/02 so you need to wait 5 - 10 business day to receive the credit in the same payment method you used initially.
So around the 12 - 15 of march you will have the money credited in your account.

I know it's around a month old, but can you tell me how they cheated you? I know they pay slowly, but other than that, did they cheat you? Did they not pay what they owed? Did they change terms on you after the fact, or not honor their own terms and conditions?

I also had a fair share of problems with Titan casino. Mainly their support giving me completely wrong information and terms about a special bonus not found on the website. Customer service was really subpar and getting answers on live chat or email took ages. Several times I strongly felt being lied to and getting suggested to play my winnings rather than withdraw. At no point did they admit making a mistake or give me any compensation. I hope your case gets solved and I can't recommend depositing to this Casino especially with a bonus.
