Resolved SlotoCash casino blocked my account

Hello. Help me please. For some reason, SlotoCash casino blocked my account. I received and wagered a no deposit bonus at this casino, sent documents for verification.

A little later I found out that my account was blocked. I asked the reason for the block. The casino replied that they do not accept players from my country. But for some reason, in the rules they nowhere indicate that players from France are prohibited from playing in their casino.

As proof, I took a screenshot of the casino rules, which contain a list of prohibited country. Advise me what to do in this situation.

What your referring to is about promotional offers, and not countries your not allowed to play from.

Obvious; they leave that door open because they make money on it. They should return (all) your deposits if that was the case.

Hmmm... I played at and have been working with Slotocash since 2007, and two things are confusing me here...
1. I'm surprised you were able to open an account - did you have to select France from a drop-down list of countries?
Normally I would expect prohibited countries to NOT be on that list.

2. Looks like they've changed their General Terms, as I'm fairly sure they used to list prohibited countries. Now they just say "you can play where it is legal in your country", which is blatantly not true as they DO accept players from USA, for example.

Hopefully their rep can shed some light on this...

I contacted this person with this problem, but he did not solve this problem. He insists that my account stay banned and he doesn't care, that France is not on the list of banned countries in the casino rules

Also please bear in mind one thing , how the casino's usually play with this type of T&C. Even if you are from a prohibited country on their list , and you are resident in a country wich is ok , if you used a method of payment and you can prove is from the country you are resident to , then they can't keep your money. The logic is simple. Usually the country's are prohibited in their list , are country's wich have a regulator body when is come to gambling , so the casino need to have a liceense with that country, and if they not have then is normal to prohibite the players from that country. But if you are resident to a OK country , then they should proceed your winnings with no issue.

If you do not accept players from France, then this should be indicated in the casino rules, otherwise it's just cheating on your part and unwillingness to pay my fair winnings
