So I spoke to Jonas this morning from videoslots. We talked abot many things and I realised how proactive videoslots are to customers and how I feel about being part of their family.

Videoslots know how to get this right?

Umm? videoslots goal is to host more games than anyone, most crap....to prove some sort of point.... and not focus about customers loyalty is my experience from being with them for many years already. But I am not their targeted area so they don't care. Its all about them making huge money.

until recently i was depositing about 3 grand a month in one hit(payday)but couldnt get my head around thinking thier rewards systems based on my deposits and terrible luck.Id blow my 3 grand in a day,2 at best and only get one week of freerolls and have to wait another 3 weeks for payday again,whereas a lucky $20 depositer could get all the same perks i was getting,just didnt feel right.Also got told by cs i may have a gambling problem when i brought that up with them,which i thought was a bit rude considering my monthly pay is approx $25000 so $3000 isnt over the top?
Last straw was after another bad $3000 odd loss,i resigned myself to feeding off the next weeks freerolls id qualified for BUT my fucken cat jumped onto my laptop and it fell off its stand and broke,and the next couple of weeks i survived with my mobile and couldnt play the freerolls on that.when i got a new computer i asked cs if they would consider a free week of freerolls for me and they said they would look into it and get back.
Well its been a few weeks and never heard back,so i havnt deposited at videoslots since,im also looking for a replacement cat.

? Ya speaking from experience how a person is treated with them compared to other casinos in terms of loyalty makes me mad yes, I think your trying to pull some affiliate or whatever non sense with your post because it makes no sense, part of what family? You guys getting together for brunch this weekend also?

How old are you, twelve? Im showing aprecitation for a seriously generous casino that puts it's customers first. Funny how it's only ever you that comes out with these silly little comments.

If you don't already know VS has raised the standard over the last couple of years.

Please (re)read the Posting Rules, with particular attention to items 1.11 and 1.15.

The bottom line is that you've expressed your dissatisfaction -- a few times in fact -- and that is sufficient. Either submit a PAB if you have a real issue or stop now with the pissy rebuttal posts regarding VS. You won't be getting a second warning on this.

They are a business, existing only to make money as successful businesses do :thumbsup:

However the way they go about it is the right way, above board, no hidden BS and helping customers out when needed.

Unfortunately some (including myself when in my naive days) see customer care as "free bonuses" so tend to think they don't care if told 'no' when requesting said bonuses / FS.

There does need to be some middle ground where loyal / regular depositing players need more recognition when they hit these lengthy cold spells which do happen, this last point is pretty much in general however and not just VS.

Two positive casino threads in one day, must be the summer weather :D

I agree though fully. Videoslots and Rizk are probably the best choices out there, especially when you are, like me, not into bonuses and enjoy your extras wager free. :thumbsup:

Haven't registered a new account since February 2016 (was Rizk) and don't see any reason to opening any soon. :D
