Spin Casino, anyone tried the site?

I just made a new account at Spin casino, but feeling hesitant depositing on the site before I know how legit the casino is. I can’t find any reviews on this forum. Have anyone tried the site? It seems like they’re part of Betway casino group. I’ve read plenty of reviews at this forum about the horrendous customer service Betway provides. I also want to make sure I get to talk to a reliable customer service when needed

FWIW we've seen a slightly higher than normal rate of complaints against Spin Casino in the last 6-12 months. Problem is they respond to any and all complaints with this:

"Kindly note that third-parties are not allowed to log complaints on behalf of our customers."​

In other words if you run into trouble you'll have to duke it out with them yourself because they won't look at complaints submitted to them by 3rd parties like us. That's not a good thing because we are certified arbitrators and players have every right to have someone like us take their case to the casino on their behalf.

The casino's decision to NOT listen to player complaints from 3rd parties is simply a business decision, it's them saying "not interested in hearing it" because (presumably) having someone approach them on the player's behalf is inconvenient, or whatever.

Want some advice? Look elsewhere. Spin Casino is Betway and they're notorious for putting player needs last on their priority list:

My friend has a £770 withdrawal and it's been 3 weeks! All verified asked for same docs twice and all accepted just keep getting told give it time. 3 weeks is far more than enough. If she self excluded would that force the payment faster?

Do not self-exclude because they will be banned from 20+ other sites too as they are part of

Why a lot of people think that a payment will be faster approved, if they close their or self exclude their account? The situation gets only worse

I've just seen this and my friend has been waiting 4 weeks and keeps getting fobbed off and has now self excluded from the brand. No email, no payment, no nothing. Disgusting how casinos can take your money but a small withdrawal under 1k is like getting blood out of a stone. What approach should my friend take? I've said to ask for a final decision weather it's will be paid and ignored and this was 2 weeks ago

Standard BetWay. Their other site is the same, Hippodrome - 4 weeks to verify an account and pay out is madness.

Such a shame that the UK version of the site is worse than the global version but it's definitely not alone in that.

The international one is run by Baytree Interactive Limited.

and has someone information about this casino.....for me its scamm on a high lvl.....im was such a idiot and ich deposit on this site when i was drinking on the weekend....and they whant more and more money befor i cann cashout they said i have to pay a tax befor ich can withdrawl the money.....and now i can say when a casino say you have to pay to verifin your acc and a other deposit for the cashout....thas scam....but is there any chance that i get the deposit money back? can someone help me and cann me say if its possible to get money at this casino....

If you are referring to spinfamilyus then yes, total scam, you've lost what you've already paid them so write it off and don't give them any more money!!! It's a fraud. Nothing but.

i dont give up to my money...i stay in contact with my bank and i hope they get my money back....but we will see whats happen in the futre...
