I absolutely LOVE Grand Monaco, after signing up there just a few months ago, I was lucky enough in June to request a cash out for $250.00 from a 21.00 deposit. Even though it took 3 weeks to get my check, there was absolutely no hassles, and when I went to live chat to check on the status of my check, they were very helpful and knowledgeable. I also enjoy their special weekly deposit bonuses that they email me about every week. To Grand Monaco, and wtg on your win just play!

It signed me in automatically on completing my registration but I was sent no email (no- it's not in my junk mail and I am still waiting for it) confirming my account number.

I lost 100 very quickly and then tried to claim my newby bonus. It wanted my account number (even though I was logged in). I had to ask Live Support to give me my account number so that I could proceed.

Then I was told I have to wait 2 to 4 hours for the bonus (why?)

....and now I have read the conditions- Video Poker only counts 5 % of a 30 times play through requirement! That is so mean. So, I make that a 600 times play through before I can cash out- near impossible.

I got my 75 bonus- it lasted 2 minutes.

Not surprisingly, I have uninstalled GM.

No wonder you are annoyed - you're so impatient!

Not 'having a go' but a few pointers for you & others in the future:-
1. ALWAYS read the bonus T&C's BEFORE you sign up!
(Then you would have known about the restrictions on Video Poker)

2. It may well be OK at some casinos, but I would always recommend waiting until the bonus is in your account before playing.
(This can take 1-2 hours while their security check you are not part of a 'bonus abusing group', and to ensure you don't have multiple accounts, etc.)

3. To find your account number all you had to do was log out & then back in to the casino - it will automatically come up on the sign-in screen.
(I'm only talking about Microgaming casinos here).

unless you approve of Playshare's deception and hiding over 35 WHITE LABEL casinos with partners acting as their own enitity from their casino playing customers. I received my check today. 18 days (12 business days) from withdrawal approval. Can't beat that with a stick. The check was dated the day after my withdrawal was approved.

2 weeks faster than Bodog.

Thanks for the info! I'm waiting for a check from them too. So far, Blackjack Ballroom has been the fastest in paying. I have cashed out a few times with them and it has been exactly 10 days from the time I withdrew to my check arriving. I'm also waiting for FirstWeb and Golden Tiger, has anyone received any checks from them? Thanks

Grand Mondial (formally Grand Monaco) have just improved their sign-up offer!
"Improved" as in making it worse for players...

It was 100% to $150, now 100% to $200.
Sounds better, but the WR also increased from Bx30 to Bx40 = higher than almost any MG I know!

They have also joined the 'racists':

Players of Russian, Danish, Israeli and British origin are welcome at our casino. We regret that due to promotional abuse by a large number of players originating from these countries the wagering requirement is at least 50 times the bonus prior to cashing in.

Note that they (twice) say originating from these countries, not residing in these countries...
How on earth are they going to determine that? Are players going to have to declare their nationality when they sign-up - or provide a passport? What about people with dual nationality?
At least Brits living in the 11 restricted USA states can play here!

I just spotted something else!

The free-spins were on Harveys & Cashville before, but now they are on Hitman.
Each spin is worth $1... but Hitman is a 15-line slot...
So that's $0.066666 (recurring) credits per line, is it Mondial?
Or is it not at max lines...?

And in contrast to the SUB, the WR is back to x30
