First off, for my winning $150 from the Bierfest.

But what really sets them apart is the fact that I cashed out for $900.93. Their live help was not available, so I called them immediately after I requested the withdrawal, and asked them to flush it.

WHICH THEY DID. No questions asked.

I have a huge problem, like many others, of reversing withdrawals, especially since us Americans have to wait forever to get paid. Now I don't have to worry about this cashout, and I still have $50 that I left in my account to play around with.

I was also told that they would first try to deposit it via ACH to my bank; and if that didn't work they would send me a check. I asked them to put a note on my account for it to be sent via courier. Again - not a problem.

They also said that I didn't need to send in any documents!

The whole call lasted less than 5 minutes.

Grand Monaco, you have a customer for life. Now only if more casinos could be like this, that are available to USA players. *cough*bodog*cough* ;)

:notworthy

Congrats!! Nice win!

I always enjoyed Grand Monaco. It's been one of my favorites. Good to hear their CS is still Johnny on the spot.

Nice to see they flush. Wonder if they'd join 32Red and Trident and reduce the reverse time to.

Maybe you can get in contact with GM and *nudge* them along? ;)

Looks like you're back in the groove buddy:thumbsup:

Thanks...I was really never a slot player before I came here and drooled over the huge wins in the winner's thread. It sure beats the hell out of grinding away for hours at blackjack, or even poker for that matter. $2350 in < 2 weeks. Can't beat that with a stick!

What's scary is the fact that years ago (10+), I used to have a problem with gambling. I guess now that I'm older and more responsible, I have kicked that habit, and I'm able to actually CASH OUT now, without blowing it all back in the same session.

Hi Winbig,

Hope you are well.

We are so pleased to hear that you've had such a great time and that we where able to get something back.

Can I please request that you send me your account details so that I can assure that your funds are processed without any hassles?

Please just send it to me in a private message and I will take it from there.

Hope to hear from you soon and congrats again.

Best regards

Wow! That's the holy grail of gambling and it's not as easy as it sounds. Well done!! :notworthy:notworthy:notworthy

I have to say their customer service doesn't really know what they are talking about. I asked what are their deposit options for united states, here is the chat. :what:

CSR: Hi there and thank you for using our Live Chat facility! Allow me to introduce myself as your chat representative...
CSR: will be assisting you today.
CSR: How can we provide you with world-class service?
vgmr: Hi, I am from united states and I am wondering how I can deposit, it seems all the deposit methods are being taken away from us.
CSR: If you use EcoCard, there will be no problem.
vgmr: that is being taken away at the end of august
CSR: As far as I know that is just a rumour, and is not going to happen.
vgmr: they emailed me today
vgmr: august 24
CSR: I don't know about that at all.
vgmr: what are your other methods of depositing for united states?
CSR: Click2Pay
vgmr: cant use that
CSR: And then most Visas will be accepted.
vgmr: credit cards aren't working either
CSR: If they are visa they work
vgmr: ok thank you

What do you guys make of this? And how are we supposed to deposit now?

That's VERY disappointing, but sadly what we've come to expect from the CS at most places.

Unfortunately these CS people seen to be just regular folk, and not 'Gamblers with their finger on the pulse of the industry' like most CM members :(
Though of course, the blame must be aimed at the casino managers who should be responsible for insuring the CS always have the correct up-to-date information for each country.

Let's see what Mario has to say about this....?

With deposit options changing daily, if not hourly, how do you expect ANY casino CSR to know about real-time changes? I think you're being a little harsh. This ECO crap just happened today. Give 'em a break.

As far as CC's are concerned. MOST still work. Maybe not your particular one, but how is it their fault? It's not :)

Where was I being harsh? I didn't say anything bad, just that they didn't know about deposit information. Something IMO is important for a casino support person to know, even if it does change daily/hourly, they should be informed don't you think?

I know the ECOcard thing just happened today, but I knew about it, why not the casinos?

I didn't say it was their fault that CC weren't working, and if most are still working then why all the threads on how to deposit?

Hi Just play,

Hope you are well.

To tell you the truth our agents were informed of the changes back on the 5th July when we got an official notification on this but we and probably everyone was unsure when this was actually going to take place.

However we never got confirmation from EcoCard prior to the players getting their mailers about the changes and that is probably why you caught the agent off guard.

Like everyone has stated things changes drastically in a blink in an eye and the amount of information which the agents deal with on a daily basis is extraordinary.

Never the less the agents are up to speed and this is how it works.

If you are an existing EcoCard holder you will either be invited or migrated to the new brand which is called Quick Tender.

Apparently the whole migration of US player to this option will take until the 9th August so if you havent gotten your invite or account details it is probably still coming.

Should you not have an EcoCard account the casino is able to invite you to this option but then the following criteria must be met for a casino to do so.

You should at least be with the casino for 3 months and also have made a total of $500 in transactions.

If these criteria have been met Im sure the casino will gladly put your name forward to get you signed up with Quick Tender.

Once everything has been rolled out and setup you will be able to make use of your Quick Tender account by selecting the following option in the deposit page on the software:

UseMyWallet

Until then please still feel free to make use of the option EcoCard.

Hope this helps and feel free to let me know if youve got any further issues in this regards.

Best regards,

Hi Winbig,

Hope you are well.

Please note that your winnings was paid yesterday.

I've sent you a PM in regards to the FirePay settlement though.

We paid you out in full and the best will be to rather try and sort out the FirePay issue on your side.

However at least your money was paid out and you should receive it soon.

Best Regards
Mario

Hi Mario,

I wasn't dogging your casino, I just want you to know that, as you know it's one of my favorites. I just thought it was odd that the customer service didn't know about some information.

Anyway, you will see me there pretty soon

I've just had confirmation from Playshare (who run Casinoshare and Grand Monaco - soon to be Grand Mondial) that they will reduce the Reverse Pending time on request, if someone wants to test it

As you know - that is not an issue for me.
But I requested my first ever withdrawal from them ($800 profit ) and the money was in my Neteller a/c within 48hrs.
No forms, no questions, no jumping through hoops - simple!
(Are you reading this RTG / Playtech!)

So I just want to add my own big  to GM!

Thanks!

I would also like to thank Grand Monaco. A few days ago I redeemed 5 of comp points and luckily managed to turn it into 475 which to me is a lot of money and could not have come at a better time :D
