Title pretty much says it all. I just (yesterday) hit a huge progressive ($200k+) on Sloto Cash and can't help but think that they have got to be pouring over the T&Cs to find someway to avoid having to pay out. I've been playing on Sloto for years and have never had a problem with payout, they're usually fine, but I have never won anything even close to this amount before. I am also wondering how they are going to payout given the weekly withdrawal limits. Does anyone have any experiance with large progressive payouts from Sloto? Or from anywhere? Any advice on how to make sure I get paid out?

Slotocash is Not Recommended at Casinomeister.

Don't worry - you WILL get paid

I hit a progressive for $18,500 last March and got every penny.
You will have to wait a week or so for RTG to verify the win, but as long as no rules have been broken you will get your money.
As for payout schedule - you can talk to the casino about that. They are very reputable, and I'm sure they will do something for you ;)
Congratulations!

PS: What game did you win it on?

Congratulations, please tell us what game you hit on?? No worries, Sloto Cash will pay as long as you didn't break any rules. I'm jealous!

Sloto is good - I have always trusted them, and have never seen a complaint that adds up, so I wouldn't worry. Just don't play it back!! And congratulations!

My understanding is that Progressive Jackpots are paid by the game provider and not the operator.
Sure if it's a network-specific jackpot. But what if there is a casino-specific jackpot.
I know Divine Fortune from Netent. There is progressive jackpot but it varies by casino group.

If the casino itself pays out some of the progressive jackpots there shouldn't be a problem because the money is pre-collected from the players. So the casino does not lose its own money

Sorry Webzcas, tweaked your link to Sloto just a bit, with the @ it sends the rep a notification as well as linking. ;)

@LocoEsquire , sometime the Sloto rep can be a bit tardy getting around to these things. If you'd like us to help push things along feel free to send us a Player Arbitration request. There a guide to doing so here: How to submit a Player Arbitration (PAB) Ticket - Casinomeister Forum .

I won it on Megasaur, the Major Jackpot (20% of Total Jackpot). I have been providing verification documents all week to both CDS and SlotoCash and keep being told that it will take "24-72 business hours" to verify. Wish it would go a little quicker, but it seems like the process is moving the way it should.

I only won 12,000 ,but didn’t have a problem

Hello everyone...So I am still waiting to hear back anything from CDS or SlotoCash regarding my win. I spoke with two customer services reps on live chat, both of whom told me that there was no record of my win. This obviously made me very concerned, so I emailed the casino directly and got a response that my win was still "under review". I requested some sort of confirmation of the win (pending review) and asked a few basic questions about how much longer it would take, how I would get paid out, if they needed anything further from me, etc. All I got back was what seemed like a form letter response telling me that my win was still "under review". I have been playing on SlotoCash for years and have never had a problem with withdrawals, but the lack of communication and the statements from the two live chat reps have really got me worried now. Should I just relax and be patient? Or are there some steps I should be taking? Anyone have any advice?

So that's 10 days now and as usual a player's moment of triumph is turned into one of delay, stress and pessimism. No communication or routine updates for what is a special win. that's the word of online gambling we inhabit especially when winning is concerned. Like a big hole in the face to ram food into and a little tight one down below to let some escape eventually.

Hmmm.... I don't like this. Someone should have contacted you by now, IMO. DM Max or CasinoMeister himself - the win is big enough to warrant a request for their intervention, IMO.

I have always trusted that group, and they have always been good, so it's entirely possible there is a legitimate reason this hasn't unfolded as ideally as would be preferred - especially because for a win like this, there are going to be multiple channels involved, departments, principals, etc. At this level, it's going to be complicated, so I still say you're okay, but it will take time.

I would have thought with a win like that there would have been an immediate phone call. It seems like they would want to be right on top of it by contacting the player to authenticate everything. I would assume that money has been withdrawn from the game itself, so it’s just sitting somewhere waiting? If they can’t verify it as a win immediately then players are losing out on still trying to win it, right? Or no?

That's exactly what I thought/expected. Someone to reach out, let me know what to expect, give me a more concrete timeline, discuss withdrawal options, just kind of be there in general. At the very least acknowledge the win. Instead, I got one email from CDS requesting verification documents, two boilerplate email replies from Sloto saying nothing other than "It's under review" and two customers service reps who couldn't find "any record of a win on my account" and implied I was making it up. I know I just need to be patient but it's getting harder and harder everyday that goes by with no communication.
