For a win of that magnitude there seems to be very little interaction. Why isn't a VIP manager directly getting in touch with you via email or phone? You should have a point of contact that gets back to you within a couple of hours.
Yes this happened me many years ago after a massive win on Boykesportd Casino. The bonus just kept bonusing ? I took several screenshots and called customer service immediately and they confirmed my win. I was absolutely thrilled! Like this has NEVER happened to me! I even rang again a little while later to confirm it again because it was more money than I'd ever won on a €1 stake.

Then the following day I went in to check on withdrawal and my account was locked. I immediately thought something fishy here. So I emailed the higher ups in the Casino (Google was my friend back then!) and I emailed them the story and showed the screenshots and asked how could they have congratulated and confirmed it was already on its way to my bank and now suddenly have me suspended not knowing what's happening.
A few back and forth emails and ended up at the big boss on a phonecall who was HAGGLING with me. Saying there was actually a glitch that caused it and the game had been taken down but they would still uphold partial of my winnings "what number so you have in mind?" I blurted out exactly 3/4s. .he said "ok" and apologised for the locked account as they were checking the big win, when he called me and said the "name a number and I will see what I can do"
He was nice though and with my answer funnily enough the money was in my bank account three days later!
I didnt know how to suddenly have more money than I would make in a few years If I saved every cent though from what my income is normally get to cover bills etc - all for one year, spending none of my income at all. Id have had six times less than my weekly wage. So it was decent outcome and they were actually very professional about it. It was management of BSp that sorted it with me via negotiation and because I saw no glitch (clearly!) If wasn't my fault their slot was low volatile and high wins that evening!
Anyway the money brought fuck all happiness but it did grant us summer holidays abroad and decent concert tickets for two concerts, plus flights and accomodation so I did some cool stuff and gave large donations to other families trying to raise funds to have their child with cerebral palsy get the same benefit my girl got with taking her to St Louis Children's Hospital Missouri for Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy (cuts the sensory nerves in the spinal cord that causes spasticity or/and pain and then the brain forms new pathways through intensive physio and exercise.
Now she struts with her crutches into the town and around the town and home again like a champion. No sore or calloused hands or aching forearms from using them either, ever, in now 10 years total . Ner crutches they're like an attachment she quickly adapted to! Glad I did it and the win was why I was also able to bring her back for her return check up because being our first time hearing about the surgery and the first from this country to go regardless of government health trying to stop us ?- we totally underfundraised by miles.
Should have fundraised for home adaptions rather than waiting for the local council to ever renovate the nightmare they moved us into..7 years still waiting for such basic things like a bath and shower combo in the main bathroom a normal height toilet and flooring done properly, a replacement to the 80s immersion fed shower in my bedroom, windows replaced where needs, new heating system, the garage converted to a room as was oringally promised 8 years ago and on and on it goes ?
