From the Desk of Max Drayman
The good news is that SlotoCash has been a professionally run operation with a well established reputation for many years now. In the past we had a low volume of cases against them — maybe two cases per year — which was excellent because it showed that there were very few complaints against them.
Readers will note that I’ve used the past tense there and that pretty much tells the story of the situation today: what was well and good then isn’t so much so now. Over the past couple years they have become less and less responsive to player issues. Don’t get me wrong, in the end they (usually) get there and things get dealt with, but having to chase them for weeks — or even months — is not at all cool but they seem oblivious to all of that: they get to it when it suits them and there’s not much to be done about it.
In recent years things have slowly been heading downhill: response times to player complaints getting longer and longer to the point (recently) where it’s getting ridiculous; casino unable or unwilling to provide supporting evidence against the player when the casino confiscates winnings; retroactively applying Terms changes; etc. This all came to head recently when it took them almost 6 weeks to figure out that when a player wins a Progressive Jackpot they should actually be paid the thing. End result: player is getting paid but SlotoCash has lost their Accredited status: see our Recent Casinomeister Warning for further details (https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/slotocash-is-applying-new-terms-retroactively-confiscating-winnings.101603/)
The other not-so-good news is that there is nothing on the SlotoCash site about their licensing — Curacao 8048/JAZ aka Antillephone NV, BTW — including a total absence of the now-standard Curacao license verification badge. There is also nothing about a complaints procedure nor any mention of a dispute resolution process.
Overall players don’t have a ton of complaints about SlotoCash except when they do things do not go smoothly. I can honestly say that there are very VERY few casino groups where I personally have had to waste so much time trying to get the rep’s attention and get them to deal with an issue that has been dragging on far too long in the first place. And for what reason? All the foot-dragging leaves a bad impression with us and a terrible impression with the players who have to wait so long for their case to get dealt with.
For now SlotoCash gets a pretty big “thumbs-down” from us. It’s a shame really because there’s no obvious reason for the endless delays, unresponsiveness, slow-pay tactics and utterly bogus retroactive Terms penalties against perfectly innocent players.
