SlotoCash Casino Review

Facplant of the Year Award 2023

Casinomeister's Verdict

Slotocash Casino is not recommended at Casinomeister. It’s an online casino owned and operated by the Deckmedia Group, and it’s their flagship casino – operating since early 2007. Today, Slotocash Casino is linked to several other online casinos, including Miami Club Casino, Spartan Slots Casino, Red Stag Casino, Liberty Slots Casino, Uptown Acres, and Fair Go – and the site offers a decent selection of games, generous bonuses and promotions, and a wide variety of payment methods.

Unfortunately, we had a player issue concerning a payment of a large progressive jackpot win. Long story short, the software provider (RTG) became non-communicative towards not just the player but towards the casino, and took over a month to acknowledge the win.

This is unacceptable for a Casinomeister Accredited Casinos and their Accreditation was suspended until further notice. Which is really sad – they are a pretty good casino but they put this player through an emotional wringer. Progressive jackpots are a rare occurrence, and it is an absolute shame both the casino and RTG botched this one up seriously.

There is a thread in our forum which details this experince:
Just hit a huge progressive at Slotocash Casino…

We also have complaints of them applying terms and conditions retroactively. This Casinomeister Warning can be found here.

From the desk of Max Drayman

The good news is that SlotoCash has been a professionally run operation with a well established reputation for many years now. In the past we had a low volume of cases against them — maybe two cases per year — which was excellent because it showed that there were very few complaints against them.

Readers will note that I’ve used the past tense there and that pretty much tells the story of the situation today: what was well and good then isn’t so much so now. Over the past couple years they have become less and less responsive to player issues. Don’t get me wrong, in the end they (usually) get there and things get dealt with, but having to chase them for weeks — or even months — is not at all cool but they seem oblivious to all of that: they get to it when it suits them and there’s not much to be done about it.

In recent years things have slowly been heading downhill: response times to player complaints getting longer and longer to the point (recently) where it’s getting ridiculous; casino unable or unwilling to provide supporting evidence against the player when the casino confiscates winnings;  retroactively applying Terms changes; etc. This all came to head recently when it took them almost 6 weeks to figure out that when a player wins a Progressive Jackpot they should actually be paid the thing. End result: player is getting paid but SlotoCash has lost their Accredited status: see our Recent Casinomeister Warning for further details (

The other not-so-good news is that there is nothing on the SlotoCash site about their licensing — Curacao 8048/JAZ aka Antillephone NV, BTW — including a total absence of the now-standard Curacao license verification badge. There is also nothing about a complaints procedure nor any mention of a dispute resolution process.

Overall players don’t have a ton of complaints about SlotoCash except when they do things do not go smoothly. I can honestly say that there are very VERY few casino groups where I personally have had to waste so much time trying to get the rep’s attention and get them to deal with an issue that has been dragging on far too long in the first place. And for what reason? All the foot-dragging leaves a bad impression with us and a terrible impression with the players who have to wait so long for their case to get dealt with.

For now SlotoCash gets a pretty big “thumbs-down” from us. It’s a shame really because there’s no obvious reason for the endless delays, unresponsiveness, slow-pay tactics and utterly bogus retroactive Terms penalties against perfectly innocent players.

First Impression

At first glance, Slotocash Casino isn’t the most modern-looking of online casinos, and like many RTG casinos, they run on quite dated software. You have to enter a game lobby before you’re able to load up or play any of the games on offer.

Once you get over the casino’s slightly dated look and feel, you are met with a fairly impressive overall experience. While that’s not to say that Slotocash Casino doesn’t have its problems (it does, as you’ll see later on in this review), generally speaking, the site has a fairly good reputation.

They’re licensed in Curacao, which we’re always slightly hesitant about, but it doesn’t really affect things as Slotocash Casino is trustworthy and has an active rep here in the Casinomeister forums.

One other thing we should point out is that Slotocash Casino only offers games from RTG. This means you won’t find video slots and casino table games from other game developers like NetEnt and Microgaming – but if you’re a fan of RTG games, you should find yourself at home while playing at Slotocash Casino!

Let’s kick off this review with a look at the main deposit bonus that’s offered to players, along with some of the ongoing bonuses and promotions you’ll find available at the site.

  • Good selection of RTG games

  • Very generous welcome bonus promotion

  • Wide variety of progressive jackpots

  • Part of the Deckmedia Group

  • Some player complaints in the forums

  • Flaccid licensing jurisdiction

  • No UK players allowed

The main welcome bonus at Slotocash Casino is generous, allowing you to claim up to $7,777 in bonus funds. There’s also a fairly decent comp points scheme running, details of which we’ll look at in the section below.

To celebrate the 15th Anniversary, Mr Sloto is offering players a $15 Free Chip and a massive 500% up to $5000 Welcome Bonus!

Daily Promotions

Slotocash Casino has quite a cool and unique feature called their ‘daily promotions’ section. While this is specific to February 2022, we wanted to talk about it as it’s a pretty good example of what the online casino is capable of when it comes to bonuses and promotions – and what you can expect when playing at the casino on a long-term basis for yourself.

On the ‘Daily Promotions’ page, you’ll find a long list of bonuses and promotions with bonus codes – and each time you make a deposit, you can use one of these bonus codes to claim a special bonus.

Welcome Offer

The main welcome bonus promotion at Slotocash Casino is really generous – and, as we just mentioned, it allows new players to claim up to $7,777 in bonus funds across the first five deposits. What’s more, players are also able to claim 300 free spins across these five deposits – and we’ll break down how all of this works below:

On your first deposit, using the code SLOTO1MATCH, you can claim a 300% matched deposit bonus up to $2,000, and you’ll also receive 100 free spins, which can be used on Cleopatra’s Gold video slot.

On your second deposit, use the code SLOTO2MATCH, and you’ll be able to claim another 200% matched deposit bonus up to $2,000. You will also receive 50 free spins, which can be used on RTG’s video slot, Wild Fire 7’s.

On your third deposit, you can claim a 100% matched deposit bonus up to $1,000 when you deposit using the code SLOTO3MATCh, and you’ll receive another 50 free spins to use on Bubble Bubble.

On your fourth deposit, when you use the code SLOTO4MATCH, you’ll be able to claim another 100% matched deposit bonus up to $1,000, and you’ll receive another 50 free spins to use on Bubble Bubble 2.

On your fifth deposit, when you use the code SLOTO5MATCH, you’ll be able to claim a 177% matched deposit bonus of up to $1,777, and you’ll receive a final set of 50 free spins, which can be used on RTG’s popular video slot, Voodoo Magic.

All of the deposit bonuses and the subsequent free spins that you also get are subject to wagering requirements of 25X – and that’s good, especially because they’re offering so much value. There’s no maximum cash-out limit, but Slotocash Casino is very strict regarding terms and conditions, so make sure you read them in full before choosing to play.

No-Deposit & Free Spins Offers

Slotocash Casino doesn’t offer any no-deposit bonuses or no deposit free spins promotions at the time of writing, and from what we can tell, they have no plans of doing so in the near future. However, if they decide to update their bonuses and promotions, we’ll update this review accordingly.

VIP and Loyalty Programs

Slotocash Casino runs a fairly standard comp points scheme that allows you to earn points for making deposits and wagering real money at the casino. Here’s what Slotocash Casino says about their comp points scheme:

Complimentary (comp) points are a traditional way for casinos to reward their players. You get comp points for your wagers on casino games. Those points can later be converted into cash!

At Sloto’Cash you begin earning comp points automatically. It couldn’t be simpler. You don’t have to sign up to a special loyalty program as land-based casinos require you to do; only then to receive a reward card that you must present at every table or slot you visit. At Sloto’Cash the comps are generated as you play from day one.

Comp points are essential for you to get more play-time and bigger chances of winning at casino games.

How to use your comps?

Visit the Slotocash cashier and open the “My account” tab. Click on “Comp Points” to see how many comps you have. For every 100 comps you can get $1. You are welcome to redeem as many points as you’d like every time.

How to get more comps?

If you want to generate comps at a higher rate, then you can apply to our VIP Program. VIPs get comps at a higher rate on most Sloto’Cash games.”

Let’s take a look at what Slotocash Casino has to say about their cashback promotion:

If you’re the type of player who doesn’t like to play with requirements attached to your deposit, or if you’re feeling like playing with no bonus attached, you can choose our 25% Instant Cashback offer on any deposit you make from Monday through Wednesday or 35% Instant Cashback from Thursday through Sunday!

  • Please note that the Instant Cashback may be requested up to 48 hours upon any busted deposit with no bonus attached.
  • Instant Cashback may not be granted if two or more consecutive free money bonuses have been used after a busted deposit.
  • Your account must have NO BALANCE in order to be eligible for cashback bonus.
  • Minimum deposit to apply for cashback is $10
  • 35% Instant Cashback offer is available from Thursday through Sunday!

If you only started playing at online casinos recently, you might feel overwhelmed by all the different types of promotions available in any online casino. Online casinos offer a wide array of offers that are not found in normal brick-and-mortar casinos.

One of the least understood promotions is called the “Cashback Bonus”. It’s not that hard to understand really and it is the most appealing casino promotion and we will tell you why.

Most casino promotions are added instantly after you deposit. You get extra money or spins to play with your deposit. By redeeming an upfront promotion you accept to place wagering requirements (minimum amount of betting needed) prior to releasing the money so you can withdraw.

The Cashback Bonus is completely different. You first get to play with your deposit, no terms attached. If you don’t win on your deposit, then you request the Cashback Bonus and get a percentage of your deposit back with VERY LOW wagering requirements.

The Cashback Bonus thus allows you to play TWICE on every deposit that doesn’t produce winnings!”

We should point out that to claim the cashback promotion at Slotocash Casino, you’ll need to contact the customer support team through live chat. All cashback comes with wagering requirements of 10X, although we were pleasantly surprised to see that Slotocash Casino does not impose a maximum cashout limit on their cashback program.

Banking & Payment Methods

Sloto Cash Casino offers a small – yet sufficient – range of payment methods, and you can make deposits using debit and credit cards, Neteller, Skrill, bank transfer, Direct Money and Bitcoin; Ecopayz is also sometimes available.

Sloto Cash Casino Withdrawal Speed

Withdrawals at Sloto Cash Casino are typically processed within 48 hours, and you can use a wide variety of withdrawal methods – although debit and credit cards aren’t supported for withdrawals.

Responsible gaming

Slotocash Casino provides players with a few responsible gambling tools – all of which are designed to help you better control and manage your online gambling. While writing this Sloto Cash casino review, we wanted to look at how these responsible gambling tools work – and the first thing we found is that they’re not self-managed.

This means that you do need to contact a member of the customer support team to set up or manage any of the limits. In today’s day and age, we’d much rather see online casinos offering players the chance to manage their limits themselves.

Still, Slotocash Casino offers more responsible gambling tools than most Curacao-licensed casinos, and the first tool you’ll find available to use is the deposit limit. This responsible gambling tool lets you set a cap on the amount of money that you can deposit into your online casino account on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.

Slotocash Casino also allows you to use the time-out and self-exclusion facilities for those who feel their responsible gambling is out of control. These let you completely block access to your account on a short or long-term basis.

Customer support

Slotocash Casino offers customer support to players 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This means you’re always able to get the help and support you need to resolve any problems you’re experiencing. The easiest way to contact the customer support team at Slotocash Casino is to use the live chat facility – and this is what operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Starting a new live chat conversation is easy and simple, and you just need to head to the help pages and open up a live chat window. You’ll then be prompted to enter information about your question, and you’ll then be connected to a trained operator in real-time.

Slotocash Casino only provides customer support in English, and in the future, we’d like to see them offering it in more languages. However, their customer support team is friendly, helpful and responsive. Whether you have questions about live dealer games, video poker games, online casino account issues, or questions about bonuses and promotions you’re eligible for, the customer support team will always be happy to help you out.

If you’re unable to use the live chat facility, you can also send an email to Slotocash Casino. However, the email customer support team doesn’t work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you may find that you end up waiting up to 48 hours to receive a response. We strongly recommend using live chat where possible.

KYC Check
Get your ID docs ready!!

Identity checks – most commonly known as know your customer (kyc) checks – are carried out at pretty much all regulated and licensed online casinos, and they’re really something you should expect at all casinos in 2022. Slotocash Casino does carry out know your customer (kyc) checks, although you don’t have to complete a check before depositing money, as you would if you were to play at an online casino based in the UK, for example.

At Sloto Cash Casino, you can expect to be asked for identification, such as a passport or driver’s license; confirmation of address, such as a paper bill, bank account, or government document. In some situations, you may also be required to submit proof of ownership of a payment method. For example, if you use debit and credit cards to make deposits and withdrawals, the site may require you to upload a photo of the card used, to verify it’s in your person.

Once you submit these documents, Sloto Cash casino told us they aim to process them within 24 hours – although according to what we’ve read online, much of the time, KYC documents are checked within just a few hours.

Website Experience and Features

Desktop and Mobile Gaming

One of the things that’s pretty much the ‘norm’ at RTG-powered casinos is that design and usability aren’t quite as good as playing at an online casino licensed in Europe. This seems to be down to many factors that aren’t crucial to writing this Sloto Cash casino review.

However, when our team of online gambling experts was putting this Sloto Cash casino review together, they wanted to look at the desktop and mobile casino – and to their surprise, they found that SlotoCash does a pretty decent job. Sure, the online casino doesn’t look as good or as modern as it could, but the team has done a pretty good job to make everything fast, and navigating around is fairly straightforward thanks to the easy-to-use navigation menus.

The mobile casino is available in instant play mode, meaning you don’t need to download or install any software to play. You can access almost all of the other casino games and video slots that you’ll find on the desktop version of the site through the mobile casino.

Brand games

As Sloto Cash Casino is a RTG-powered casino, all of the games on offer at the site are from Realtime Gaming; you won’t find any games from other game developers. Below, we’ll look at some of the different games and categories available at Sloto Cash Casino.

By far, the biggest selection of games you’ll find on offer at Sloto Cash Casino is slot machines – and the site offers RTG’s entire game catalog, meaning there’s tons of variety. Enjoy classics like Wild Wizards, Green Light and Mayan Queen, along with newer releases like Count Spectacular, Caesar’s Empire and Aladdin’s Wishes.

Live Casino Games

Sloto Cash Casino was one of the first RTG online casinos to provide players with the chance to enjoy live dealer games. You access these live dealer games by clicking the ‘live casino’ tab on the website’s main game navigation menu.

Table Games & Video Poker

Sloto Cash Casino offers players the chance to enjoy a wide variety of video poker machines, and there are more than 30 different game types for players to enjoy – ensuring there’s something for everyone.

Progressive Jackpots

Progressive Jackpot Caveat: Many if not all of the progressive jackpot games at this casino are supplied by Real Time Gaming – a decent software provider that has a relatively upstanding history at Casinomeister. If you are one of the few who win a progressive jackpot of substantial winnings, and you reside in a jurisdiction where payment processing might be challenging, you might not receive the winnings in one lump sum. These payments might be paid in monthly instalments.

Sloto Cash Casino offers players the chance to enjoy many different progressive jackpots, including progressive jackpot slots, progressive jackpot casino games – and pretty much everything in between! You’ll find localized progressive jackpots at Sloto Cash Casino along with pooled progressive jackpot slots, and some of the casino games offer jackpots worth hundreds of thousands of dollars!

About the Team and History

Slotocash Casino is the flagship casino from the Deckmedia Group, first launched back in 2007; with more than a decade of experience operating within the online gambling industry, both Slotocash Casino and the Deckmedia Group has a strong and solid reputation – and they are active here in the forums, so we have direct access to the team.

Slotocash Casino – like all Deckmedia Group casinos – is licensed in Curacao. While this is a turn-off for some players, Curacao doesn’t always mean bad – although if you do run into problems, the online gambling regulator rarely gets involved, so you’ll need to go through a third-party service like Casinomeister’s PAB service instead.

Complaints and Track Record

While Slotocash Casino has an active rep in the forums and is widely considered a fairly safe place to play, some players have had problems. In the interests of fairness, we’re going to be looking at what some of these players have to say below.

Nathan posted the following: “I am not very happy with the way I have made the worst mistake by playing Slotocash RTG Casino for the first time. I did not realize that when I deposited $25 and got a 400% welcome bonus. I played but I did not realize I was supposed not to play any symbol driven progressive jackpot slot. But every other game which is a stand alone jackpot is random, but still it is a progressive jackpot that is done by every player input 1.5% per spin. I didn’t know. I requested cash out for an exact $1,000.

I had a lot of good luck. Then today it turned to bitter news that my winning pay was void because of what happened. Void reason was attempted to play symbol driven progressive jackpot slot games. I thought oh no I forgot about the rules. I should have read the rules carefully before beginning to play.

That is the worst mistake I have ever made. Now I learnt a hard lesson and will not commit to do that again. But again, I think this is the worst/most stupid rules I have ever heard coming from RTG that anyone use bonus cannot play any symbol driven progressive jackpot even when all other slots are all random jackpot as a stand alone jackpot feeding from every playing with 1.5% input into jackpot every spin.

What do you reckon? Do you find it hard to agree or oppose the RTG bonus rules, etc? I don’t mean to be bad to slotocash. It is a major problem with rules. If they made a driven symbol progressive jackpot slot prohibited there should be locked you out from these games instead if the player gets in by mistake and the winning payout becomes void. It prevents you from making a terrible mistake.

So, please be very careful with what you are doing with deposit, bonus, please read the rules very carefully before you commit to play. One mistake, your winning pay will vanish. I am disappointed today but ah well I took it as a consequence and accepted that and admitted that I failed to read the terms/conditions. RTG casino will NOT forgive you if you make these mistakes, it is a very serious offense.

Anyway, That’s about it for me. It is not part of PAB, just as a word of warning about what happened to it. Nathan.”

Another user, ChrisNobles, posted that he was having a serious issue with withdrawals:

I am having serious delays with my withdrawals as well. I have also had my payouts limited to 2500 per week (really approximately 10 days) collectively across all payout methods….When i submit a withdrawal request a note is placed there by a manager stating when the payout can be processed… of late I have had bitcoin payouts that were showing “In Progress” for over 72 hours. I have had a CS rep explain to me that the reason the payment team is gone is due to …Daylight Saving Time……that the problem isn’t on their end it is with bitcoin. That they were waiting on Bitcoin to process the transfers.

I have sent 2 lengthy pms to the rep here with no response and another very short pm informing them of a thread a week or so ago regarding bitcoin payouts and Uptown response…AND my friend request has gone unanswered as well! Having vented all that,.what started out for me as a Once In A Lifetime Spin with Many Congrats On my WInnings from staff and a very speedy payout of the initial 2500 has really just been a let down since the first week. No thrill of a sudden windfall that goes hand in hand with a huge win….Week 2 started with a “glitch” and a 24 hour has snowballed ever since…

I literally feel like I am being punished for not reversing any of my payout request or playing since my win. I was taught long ago never to gamble with someone that owes you money..They pay me then I gamble with them… I have two payouts still pending..the request for them was done on Feb. 8th.

Until yesterday the notes in my cashier said the cheque is to be processed on the 22nd….the btc on the 23rd…Now the btc payout is to be processed on March 1 I really cannot believe that one of the originals that has been around since 2007 is pulling these busch league mickey mouse antics. DeckMedia is allowing their accredited initial casino to behave this way. Bad Business…Lastly….I have notified the Slotocash Casino rep of this thread..”

And here’s what another – now banned user – Ryan N, said:

“I made a deposit of $1000 in BTC yesterday with Slotocash. I used their coupon “suitemup”

On the coupon, I only noticed that play through is 60x and that blackjack only counts 1/2 of $ wagered. In essence, to receive a 100% match on the coupon, I need to wager $120,000 in blackjack. I figured that was reasonable and started playing. After playing for a couple of hours, I managed to bring my balance up to $7500 and decided to withdraw my winnings. I have cleared the play through amount and have wagered approx. $200,000.

I have read from past forum experiences that players should not bet over $10 per SPIN in slot play while on a bonus. However I never thought this also applies to table games as well. The conditions written are also very vague and seem to refer to slot machines only. To clarify the situation, I contacted their live chat agent and the agent confirmed with her supervisor that the $10 bet rule applies to ALL games, including blackjack!

I was wagering 50-75 dollars per hand during my play and I think Slotocash might use this as an excuse to deny my payments upon reviewing my play, based on my interaction with the agent on the live chat. First of all, the $10 per bet rule did not appear on the specific coupon I used if I recall correctly. Secondly, the wording and placement of the rule in the general bonus terms is very vague and hard to interpret. Thirdly, asking a customer to clear $120,000 in wagering betting max of $10 per hand borderlines impossible.

I am utterly stressed right now. The winnings are significant and the wait for them to review my withdrawal is killing me, especially knowing that the news might not be good at all.

Does anyone here have any experience with this? Does the $10 only refer to per SPIN or does it also encompass PER hand of blackjack? And also, what do you think is the most likely outcome? Thank you!”

Now, please note that for the first and third complaints, the players broke the terms and conditions of the site – although the online casino could, perhaps, have handled things more professionally.

What’s more, the online casino does deal with us here at the forum, which means that if you do run into problems, you can get help directly through our forum – free of charge.
