From the Desk of Max Drayman
As far as player complaints go there’s not much to say about Miami Club. There have been very few complaints against them over the years — apparently they were established in 2012 — and that’s obviously a good thing. The same can be said about complaints on the forums: very, very little. So far so good!
If you look for “Miami Club Casino” in a search engine, things can get awfully confusing. And unfortunately, if you go to miamiclubcasino.im — the official URL — through our green visit button above you get a site that says nothing to give you any reason to trust the site: no license info, no license verification badge, no mention of site owners, nothing.
Behind the scenes though, we know that the site is licensed in Curaçao — under the Antillephone NV Master License aka 8048/JAZ — and is owned by DeckMedia (of whom only a passing reference is made when they mention MiamiClub’s affiliate program). These are generally good things and it’s unfortunate that the site isn’t more explicit about it.
However the story is quite different — and much more confusing — if you go to some of those other websites that came up in your search results: miamiclub.im, or miamicasinoclub.com, or any of a number of other variations including .org and .online sites. These all appear to belong to Miami Club, they have the same basic info and some even mention the DeckMedia ownership and Curaçao licensing (without specifics), but as far as we can tell they aren’t actual gambling sites and they certainly aren’t the official site which is, as previously mentioned, miamiclubcasino.im. Player beware.
