Betclic Goes Live In Italy With Inspired's Virtual Sports

Agreement signed last year brought to fruition
An agreement between virtual sports provider Inspired and the Italian operations of Betclic Everest signed last year came to fruition this week with the launch of the products on Betclic.it.
The operator's sportsbetting, casino, poker and live dealer action has been augmented by an 11-game virtual sports portfolio that includes Football, Motor Racing, Speedway, Horse racing, Greyhound racing, Cycling, Tennis and Trotting.
Inspired boasts that it currently supplies around 95 percent of the land-based, online and mobile Virtual Sports market in Italy, creating a billion Euro market in just a year.
Vitaliano Casalone, president of Inspired Italia, commented in a statement Thursday:
"The player reception in Italy to our Virtual Sports has been phenomenal — 25 percent of all bets in Italy are now on our Virtual Sports and we are confident that this will continue to grow following the launch of our Virtual Sports on Betclic.it."
