Betvictor Named New Cheltenham Gold Cup Sponsor

For three-years term
BetVictor has replaced Paddy Power as Gold Cup sponsor of the feature race of the Cheltenham Open meeting.
Long-time sponsor Paddy Power has supported the event since 2003 but has yet to become an authorised betting partner as required in changes implemented by the British Horseracing Authority last year.
The feature event is to be known as the BetVictor Gold Cup and the sponsorship will run for the next three-years.
In addition, BetVictor will take over betting shop operations in the Sovereign Bar area of the main grandstand and will brand the aerial coverage blimp that hovers over Cheltenham for the full four days of the festival.
