Mega Fortune progressive slot delivers again – this time Euro 4.9 million
NetEnt's progressive slot Mega Fortune has delivered another instant millionaire, this one an anonymous Norwegian online punter wagering on the Betsson.com website.
The 20-something punter was enjoying a little slot action before going to bed when his life changed with a NOK 45 million (Euro 4.9 million) jackpot, NetEnt reports in a press statement.
The stunned player at first celebrated what he thought was a NOK 45,000 win, but then realised that it was considerably larger than that.
"I was unsure at first if it was true, but it has gradually dawned on me how much I've won," he said this week. "I'll build a house with the money, but otherwise want to just carry on as normal."
The lucky player is the second Mega Fortune multi-millionaire to be created so far this year; a UK player enjoyed a Euro 2.7 million windfall in the UK in January.
