With a view to strengthening its B2B and consumer businesses, Cake Entertainment N.V. has partnered with Free Web Holding Ltd to form Cake Next Entertainment Ltd.
The venture provides new investment along with industry expertise positioning the company as "a major force within the international gaming entertainment space".
The investment will enable Cake Next Entertainment Ltd. to focus on product innovation while building a competitive advantage, a company statement said.
Looking ahead, Cake Next Entertainment Ltd. said it plans on creating new opportunities by providing best-in-class products and customisable B2B solutions as international gaming markets evolve.
